Very busy afternoon with long lines. They were fast and very friendly. The food is good and hot. Never have any issues at this location

Arby's offers good food but inconsistent service. Some employees can be rushed and rude, leading to missing items and wrong orders. The drive-thru service is fast, but the customer experience can suffer from employees shoving food and being snotty. Prices are on the higher side, making poor service unacceptable for many customers. One customer received a smaller meal than ordered, while another had their order messed up by the manager. Despite some employees being knowledgeable and helpful, the overall experience can be disappointing. It seems that Arby's may need to work on improving customer service and employee attitudes to match the quality of their food.
