“Visited Norfolk Nebraska today at 11 am, wonderful experience! A female trainee was very friendly and cautious, not super familiar with cash like everyone else her age but she was very welcoming and professional! The rest will come with her super great management! Very clean here and I appreciate all of the above!“

“First time eating here. Place wasn't the cleanest. They wasn't veey busy. So tables, chairs & floor coukd have been cleaned.

Food, was fresh and hot. I got the mushroom runza burger. Holy hell talk about SALTY!! The fries had an over abundance of salt too. I got a runza cheese burger to go. It to was way overly salty!

I had forgotten my hat, i called and they grabbed it from where I sat. I swung in the next morning and they had it ready for me. The staff was all friendly, and helpful.
But that runza burger... it passes through me that night like an erupting volcana! I dont feel I will eat one of the runza things again.

I had chili too. Nothing extra added. It was goid chili. I'd recomend it.

I did not try the regular burgers, or the chicken stuff. But I'd be willing to! Just watch that runza stuff!!“

“It was great food and great service. And we had an interesting fun little encounter. I was in the area for work and earlier that day I had sent a text to a wrong number, I was trying to get in touch with a business I had to go to and when they never got back to me I finally figured out a while later that I dialed the wrong number. Well anyways, at the end of my very long day we decided to stop by Culver's in Norfolk NE for some supper and I let them know I needed a copy of my receipt for work and Brian the worker made casual conversation asking what it is I do and hopefully we're enjoying the area and so I explained that I work for a local keno business and had to drive around to some of the bars to fix a few things and he goes that's odd because I got this text message today from someone about something similar and didn't understand why I got it and come to find out his phone number was the one I mistakenly dialed. It was such a one in a million encounter and he's a great guy and gives great customer service and was very nice about my little misdial. So keep up the good work and give that man a raise. 🙂👍“

“The employees always greet you with a friendly smile as soon as you walk in the door. They are always fast and friendly. They have my meal ready in the time it takes me to fill my cup and grab napkins. These employees make you feel like family. Unlike many fast food places, these people treat you great and always have my order correct with it being fresh and consistent. Not many places act like they care about the customer, but these employees put special effort into being helpful and friendly. These employees make me want to keep coming back.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! “Have only eaten inside about twice, hit the drive thru more. So cant say much about the inside. But their food is good, and I'd say a step above most other fast food. Enjoy the different menu items offered instead of the same ole burger 'n fries. Food has been fresh, wrapped appropriately, service is efficient. Very comparable, cost wise. Dont remember ever having a problem with an order or not receiving something that was ordered. I do wish they stayed open just a little bit later at night, but being a night owl, I wish EVERYTHING stayed open later!“

“I never thought I’d be reviewing a Burger King, especially with a 5 star. I ordered a double sausage biscuit like 2 minutes before breakfast was supposed to end. I accepted that my sandwich was going to be old and stale since they were just about to transition to lunch, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I waited like 8 minutes for my meal to be ready, and I was wondering why it was taking so long… but it turns out, the cook was creating perfection, and you CAN’T rush perfection. The biscuit was flakey on the outside, soft on the inside, and SUPER buttery. The sausage and egg was fresh and flavorful. The whole thing was also very photogenic. The sandwich was put together with an aesthetic that made it look more plump and appetizing than the picture they put on the menu! I usually eat Burger King breakfast because it’s cheap, not because it’s impressive.. but I gotta say, I’m pretty impressed. You touched my heart that day“

“The gal that rang up our order wasn't very friendly. They also forgot the sauce on one sandwich. I guess we'll have to watch them next time.
