“We have been going to Runza since I was a kid. The crinkle fries are the absolute best. As a kid I did not like the Runza, but as an adult I love them! I have taught my daughter how to make the cheat versions with creasant roll dough and meat. They are a staple in our house. We moved 5 hours away from Nebraska so we don’t get to visit very often. This weekend we were in Pender and stopped at the West Point location on the way to visit family in Omaha. It was a big chaotic to begin with, as the gentleman ringing us up informed us the Runzas were in the oven. What? No Runzas at Runzas? The manager was so kind, when I brought to her attention that we were over charged she remedied it and even brought us a fresh Runza from the oven! Thank you Sam for making our trip complete!“

“Today, our school East Butler stopped there for lunch after their cross country meet. My son was there and my husband was the bus driver. They both commented on how quickly the food was sent out, hot, and good. And at the same time our school was there, another one came in and they were served just as quickly. As a fellow restaurant owner I understand how stressful and busy it can get. Props to this DQ for handling it quickly, with class, and putting out great food and ice cream. This is a sign of great management and of a great staff.“

I also want to thank them for going above and beyond when I accidentally placed an order online for this store (I meant to place the order for a location in Fremont). I called to inform them of the mistake and without asking offered to refund my money even though the sandwiches were already made. Thank you West Point Subway!“
