great place
Love the combo fried rice never misses. Reminds me of magic wok from Wayne which had theeeeee best rice in the area IMO miss it till this day buttt imperial palace brings me the joy magic wok did always get it when im in Norfolk and I travel to Norfolk just for it sometimes 😂😂
It's a pretty good Chinese restaurant inside the mall. Decent food, not expensive. I don't want to say anything negative, but it isn't my favorite Chinese food in Norfolk (Asian Cuisine Express is my go-to place), but I would still go back here, especially if I was at or near the mall for sure.
