“Door Dasher brought only the wings from our delivery order (there was also a 2 liter pop, large pizza, and cheesy breadsticks). Called in to see if maybe there was a mix-up, and even though you could hear they were busy in the background they promised to make it right. Made all new food and were very cordial over the phone. Wasn't even their mistake - the door dasher just didn't grab everything that was made - but they made sure to correct it. Great service!“
“Service was great got right in everybody was respectful to wear their masks up to the buffet. My pop never went empty the food was great I would have gave it a 5 but I love chicken and Tabasco and they had no Tabasco. When you have the best chicken in town you have to have Tabasco.“
“Been to Napoli’s multiple times. They never bat an eye at my large service dog and find us a table where he will have space to comfortably tuck under the table. Service is always prompt, food is fresh, and it’s delicious. Nice atmosphere too. It’s a place we will keep coming back to.“
