My husband ordered 4 chicken tenders and was told that 10 tenders were on sale for 10$. He ordered them and the rest of his order, got home, and did not get the tenders. He didn't get charged for them, but the food he ordered for himself was 23$ with only 3 pieces of chicken. Might as well get a steak.

We went and had made an order for my cousin’s birthday, and they gave us only one order when we had made 3. So we went to complain to get our food back and they had a HORRIBLE attitude. Didn’t want to give us our food, but ended up giving it. And this girl threw the small containers of the mashed potatoes to another coworker so that he could put the mashed potatoes in. They told us they gave us it all when they legit didn’t. They were laughing and making fun of us in a mocking way. Mind you we paid about $113 just for 2 orders of 16 and one of 12 and they only gave us one order.

Last time we go to KFC, not only forgot our side with a combo meal, but the chicken tenders were inedible, like biting threw a rubber band. How is a chicken place going to have some of the worst tenders ive ever had?

KFC was so good, the BBQ Chicken is back, Staff was amazing, KFC ran out of what I wanted, and they gave me double of something else, Cassandra was very helpfull and very nice . THANKS AGAIN 😊

Every time I order this KFC from Norfolk food is always cold missing items every time I buy I am always missing items
Everytime I come here my order is wrong. Missing half my order. Don’t waste your time going here unless you are going inside or double checking your order. Fast food isn’t rocket science.

Well I got some fried chicken on December 24th and after that I started throwing up,diarrhea,fever and sharp pain in stomach with fast heartbeating and have to lay on my bed and only have apple sauce and yogurt till now.I didn’t go see the doctor because ER is not affordable for me.But I think I got the food Poisoning and hope this review can get your attention and make sure employees wash their hands before doing anything and all your products are safe to eat.
