Very hit or miss. Some days you could wait by the truck for a half hour without anybody coming to assist you or take an order, but other days there is a helpful face to assist you immediately. I ordered churros one day and they were a bit overcooked and a little hard to eat, but typically the food is very worth getting.

We have gone here more 4 times, each time there has been no one here, we want to get food but we can't. The open sign was lit. The sign was out. It was open. But no one was there.

The food is EXCEPTIONAL! I have bragged about it to everyone that will listen. Please try it , if you haven’t. The people that run it are some of the nicest people you’ll meet as well. Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant on wheels.
