Maybe let’s start off with the fact sitting at the curbside for 50 minutes is not okay for McDonalds and for second when receiving our food had multiple items missing, staffing being on there phones and no help to costumers, multiple ppl had to come inside to ask questions about where there missing food went, do better.

I WAS IN THE DRIVE THRU WHEN I HAD ASKED NICELY FOR A LARGE COKE WITH A MCDOUBLE THESE PEOPLE CANT HEAR FOR NOTHING THERE AS DEAF AS MY GRANDPA AND EVEN SLOWER THAN MY GRANDMA WITH A WALKER! Was just there tonight after tricker treating with my kids and we got cold food , no sweet n sour sauce, and a meal wrong . I tried calling multiple times and nobody answered.
Hair in my food. Worker was super mean. I got a small frozen when I needed a medium they do this everytime

Recently ordered a meal I didn't get all the food I paid for. I called up there and stopped my dinner since my daughter didn't have her food I have cold food at home now and the manager said he'd comp some deserts. I get there some rude lady with hair dye thats fading pushed me out the door wouldn't let me talk to the man I talked to on the phone and when I mentioned the manager on the phone said he would comp a few deserts she gives me a single pie now I have cold McDonald's to go home to two trips and fifty dollars later.
