What happened to McDonald's? I order a simple sandwich through the drive and I'm constantly told to pull ahead and it's weird because there's nobody behind me. It was not a big order, wasn't fish or chicken. And I'm told to pull ahead when I asked why I'm told because of a timer. so I don't understand how you make the food I drive ahead then a worker has to bring the food out rather than just hand it through the window when it's done. I don't get it how that would be faster to get it to your customer when they're driving forward sounds like either someone's cheating the system or they don't know what they're doing anymore it's fast food hand it to me through the window as soon as you put it together obviously my order should be done before the person behind me if there was a person by me which there wasn't

2 mornings in a row we stopped for breakfast. One meal the first day and 2 meals the second day. Each day they were not busy and each day they asked us to pull ahead and wait. We shouldn't be waiting 5 minutes in your drive thru spots.

Food good & hot. No salt, pepper, ketchup or napkins in the to go bag. Didn't realize OJ not a free drink with a #3 meal. Was charged a $2.50 upcharge for OJ.

Who is dumb enough to pay what they are asking for their food now? They tripled their prices during covid. The only appeal to McDonald's back in the day was how cheap it was. I can sit down at a restaurant and eat better food for less money now. Quit letting these clowns rip you off.

No matter what time of day or night I come here and visit the drive-through, I always have to wait on my order. They didn’t even have my food ready the last time and had to re-order it. Very poorly run restaurant.

Kiosk ordering is not working for McDonald’s. Order messed up twice. Thank goodness we had our receipt. They were very apologetic and fixed the order for us. Service was great.

Took a long time to get our food and it was not very warm when we did receive it. Customer service is awful. Staff ignores you at the counter and they all yell at each other and swear in the kitchen like you can't hear them clear as day.

If you order on the app, NEVER park curbside. Always go through the drive-through or go inside, or your lukewarm McDouble will become a cold McDouble because it takes 2-3 business days for them to bring it to you.

My order is wrong a lot, but usually in my favor. I find a bonus cheeseburger or fries often and wonder if someone else is missing their items.
