Their tacos are fantastic, and huge. I always get bean dip and flour chips to go. They are sooo good.

Excellent nachos and beef/shrimp fajitas. All food was flavorful and authentic and very generous portions. Lime margarita was on point as well. The best part was our waitress who deserves an award for her prompt and friendly service!

The reason I gave it 4 stars is this is the first mexican restaurant that didn't have dos equis,or modelo on tap or several of the other popular mexican beers on tap.they did have them in bottle format. I'm a tap beer guy

Fried Chicken tacos! Their queso and their bean dip are great. I also won at Keno!

We visited Michael's Sunday as we have always enjoyed the Michael's in Omaha and want to enjoy the enchiladas in Norfolk that are close to what we use to get in Omaha. We have visited the Norfolk location since Omaha's location closed. Sunday was a bad experience. The bean dip has gotten more and more watery as time has passed. WE can live with this but would pay more money for a thicker base. The biggest complaint on Sunday was the service. We sat in the booth closest to the waitress stand. We received our food and that was the last we saw our waitress. We wanted refills of our drinks but no one was available so I went to the bar and asked for refills. Our waitress came up then and said she would get the refill. As I left the bar area she asked if I would want an apron. I said I would like to have a waitress. The poor service must have been why the restaurant had so few customers on a Sunday at noon. Hope you survive so we can continue driving from Omaha to get the enchilladas but with this type of service it will be questionable if it is worth the drive.

Conviently located in walking distance from my hotel. Recommended by front desk. Took awhile to be seated. Once seated service was swift, server very attentive with checking on and refilling drinks. Food came out fast. Great value. Portions were very big. Neither of us could finish. We ordered combination #1 tamale, taco, Tostada #2 burrito, tostada came with rice beans lettuce tomato sour crean on the side. Plates and food were hot. Had a strawberry margarita. Was hoping for chips and salsa. Arrived right after a rush. Alot of tables tops were not bussed and floor was a mess. Also noticed checking out was a process. Line moved slow and took sometime. I think it was just due to older equipment where you punch in the amounts on register vs the newer electronic POS type machines. Found cool decor on wall what looked like old candy boxes and some other neat stuff. Overall good place to sit down and grab a bite to eat.

I was really hoping to have a good time here however the service was very slow and there was little to no communication about wait times. Also was told that an over the phone order took priority over a seated customer! Not happy at all and will not be returning!

Chips and salsa are only at happy hour! I ordered a cheese enchilada and it was old. Turned into a sponge. It was terrible! They did take it off my bill, so that was nice. My server was great. It's more of a bar than a restaurant. I probably won't be back.
