Not long ago I posted an extremely horrible review for this location, which, at the time was completely true! . **^HOWEVER***I have visited this location a couple times since & have had a much better experience! The workers are more friendly, customer service is so much better than before! I no longer feel like they think we “the customers” are a nuisance when you want to order something! The manager is great she is very friendly and does a really good job!The pretzels in my opinion could still use a little work as they seem to always be overdone and dry. It’s not because they are not fresh as I see they are. I just think they’re over baked!Overall tho they have really come a long way since my last review!

Hello just wanted to share my terrible experience, I had a phone interview and was told to put my two weeks in at my previous job, making it sound like I had the job, I listened and I waited for a phone call but nobody called me back, even after calling them myself, still no cal back, and I am now jobless, it has been very hard for me to find a job, I am also a first time single mom, so thanks for making it difficult. I hope they don’t do these things to anyone else , nobody deserves a struggle like mine.

Terrible service.The people who work here are rude and never know the answers to your questions.I love the pretzels but they need to work a lot on the service.I spent $45.00 on pretzels and was treated horribly.I would not recommend nor will I be returning.

I love the pretzels, but the workers are always incredibly rude and know nothing about customer service. Walked up to order and the woman working says, “Wait a minute” and begins to make pretzel dogs. We had to wait for her to feel satisfied with the random amount of pretzel dogs she made us wait for her to make before ordering. I know they are desperate for workers but come on.

My little cousin asked for a cup of water and if she could get it for free since she is younger and doesn’t have money. The lady was rolling her eyes and slammed a cup on the counter and then yelled at her for asking if it was free. Overall every time I go there they have absolutely terrible service. I don’t recommend going there whatsoever.
