I came in before and they were fine, but this time I was a bystander of this older lady who spoke no English. She was trying her hardest to understand what the owner was asking. As i approached to help the lady order her food, the owner was getting upset and not understanding what I was asking. As we were waiting for the ma’am’s food I overheard the Owner and hear her speaking to her coworker complaining about the lady I was helping. As someone who was trying to help, the owner was completely rude to the both of us and to other customers who were in line.

Worst service ever. Show up at 12 and the girls behind the counter are standing in the dark staring at everyone in line like we're idiots. Pretzels weren't prepped and when anyone ordered the girl would just sigh or just look not happy to help.. absolutely ridiculous

The employees here are very rude and how dare I ask how long my food is gonna be after she took such a long time getting the drinks alone. She also rolled her eyes and the teenager made it very obvious we were bothering her. How dare I make someone do their job today. The older lady just had a terrible attitude towards my wife and was very standoff ish. And they didn’t get finished with my food until 10 minutes after they said it was gonna be 4. And that was 8 minutes after we got the drinks and paid for everything is when they started making it. And they stared at me for standing and waiting. The atmosphere is terrible and the staff is very rude and they make me never wanna come back. I love the pretzels but not the service.

Not long ago I posted an extremely horrible review for this location, which, at the time was completely true! . **^HOWEVER***I have visited this location a couple times since & have had a much better experience! The workers are more friendly, customer service is so much better than before! I no longer feel like they think we “the customers” are a nuisance when you want to order something! The manager is great she is very friendly and does a really good job!The pretzels in my opinion could still use a little work as they seem to always be overdone and dry. It’s not because they are not fresh as I see they are. I just think they’re over baked!Overall tho they have really come a long way since my last review!

Hello just wanted to share my terrible experience, I had a phone interview and was told to put my two weeks in at my previous job, making it sound like I had the job, I listened and I waited for a phone call but nobody called me back, even after calling them myself, still no cal back, and I am now jobless, it has been very hard for me to find a job, I am also a first time single mom, so thanks for making it difficult. I hope they don’t do these things to anyone else , nobody deserves a struggle like mine.
