We love Sonic but the past 2 times that we’ve gone, we’ve had to send my husbands burger back because we asked for a cheeseburger only mustard, lettuce & jalapeño. Last time, they promptly brought the correct burger, but this time, we got a cheeseburger with no cheese on it! On top of it, one box of fries was hot & fresh while the other was barely warm.
Wouldn’t not recommend this site’s store.
Waited in drive thru, got up to order at 7:55 after waiting 15 minutes and was told they are closed explained it wasn’t 8 yet and not a car behind us waited all that time and refused to take our order. Called to ask for manager got hung up on. Kid that was rude and working window had green hair and huge earrings, and laughed at our frustration, won’t be going back!!!

Just moved to Norfolk, got a medium classic shake and it was over $7. Where I lived previously a medium was $4! It came out practically melted and hardly any peanut butter taste. The place is completely run down and in desperate need of updates and repairs. Not sure if the insane pricing is to eventually cover repairs but I won’t go back. I’ll go to Culver’s or Dairy Queen for a shake next time.
