Worst Starbucks ever. Their coffee machine is down?? Seriously?? Pour over they made was awful, took about 15 minutes to wait and have them make it.

We asked for mediums they charged us with mediums but gave us smalls. The drinks also do not taste good and it took about 15 minutes for 3 drinks.

quality is terrible. ordered a hot drink, it came on ice and not mixed up at all. still can't drink it after 15 mins due to being unable to get mixed because went through drive through and nothing to mix it with other than try to swirl in the cup. took too long to get remade because otherwise I wouldn't have accepted the drink on ice. Starbucks plain coffee is terrible so if you can't get it mixed up with everything else I just wasted 7.50. do better.

After watching 4 drinks that were ordered after me get handed out before mine drink, I received my drink made incorrectly. I explained to the worker what I had ordered (which was a drink right off the menu, nothing fancy) and read off the ingredients to them right off the Starbucks app. After waiting much too long, they handed me my drink still made wrong. I choice to just leave rather then wait for another drink to be made wrong again.

Sometimes you have to wait in line but well worth it. Everyone knows my drink there, if it isn't made right they remake it. Definitely the go to Starbucks.

I had a Starbucks every morning , don’t mind for waiting but about 2 months now my drink is not good anymore (my is same old Moca Frappuccino extra shot , extra whipping ), it’s was so so light and blend . I knew they don’t have enough employees but please ,don’t rush on the order .

My niece and daughter wanted a cake pop so we went over. Waiting in line the cashier says we should close at 7. I'm sick of being here. Wth!

Ordered a caramel machhiato. Blended. Go it and left. Gave it to my husband and he asked why it tasted like chocolate syrup blended with ice and water ABsolutely awful. No hint of caramel at all. Won't go back

Four employees. Ordered. Waited about 10-15 minutes for a single drink that had already been made and had been sitting behind the counter while other people were being served and it got watered down and had to be returned for a new one but the cashier was friendly.
