First of all I just want to say ever since 7Brew opened I absolutely love this place, I love that they have Sugarfree options being a diabetic. On March 20, we went to get our drinks and of course they were busy so I didn’t mind waiting, as we got up to window the girl that took our drink and another girl were standing there talking not doing anything as the other baristas were working like crazy to get the drinks done. My husband noticed 2 drinks sitting on the table where they were at, it was probably a good 10 minutes they were sitting there before she handed them to us and said “sorry about the wait” Went back this morning March 22 to get a drink before heading out of town, I ordered a large iced sugarfree sweet and salty with almond milk, she brought out our order and it was hot and I said I’m sorry I ordered an Iced, she took it back as she rolled her eyes and acted like she was annoyed by it, I didn’t order it wrong, the girl who took the order put it in wrong, after she took it back brought out an iced within a minute they are fast but I’m sorry not that fast, needless to say I didn’t drink it, so yes I wasted my money. I have never had any problems with our drinks and before I get negative comments I always leave a tip, but these last 2 times very disappointing. My favorite barista is a young, tall, thin I think Hispanic guy, always has a great attitude, maybe those 2 girls can learn something from him.

I'm not sure exactly what is going on but the last few times I have gotten a 7 energy chiller they have had no taste at all!! I have been a regular since the day they opened and I'm not sure I will be back for awhile!! The consistency is not there!!

I am very upset. I go to 7 Brew with my drink in mind, and I expect to get the drink that I ordered. Today that was not the case. I ordered my usual large iced German chocolate and I get this new take of a German chocolate breve. The person who took my order asked another co worker how to put in the order for German chocolate. He said it’s under breve. I however don’t know what a breve is. All I want is a regular German chocolate. They don’t use any chocolate in this new German chocolate which I don’t understand as chocolate is in the name. A different person came out and had said that we had ordered a breve when it was not me who had ordered it as a breve. I don’t understand why you changed the recipe in the first place to a completely different drink.
