I've been there a few days in a row already and I'm thinking about going back tonight. I love local business that puts extra care into what they do, it reminds me of going to someone's home and eating something that was prepare with love versus a cheap buffet that may make me regret eating. Growing up with a Khmer family I have high expectations when I eat Asian food and Tempura is the only place that I will spend my money in North platte.”

“I have eaten in at Pizza Ranch as well as ordered delivery. Their fried chicken is delicious and brings back memories of my grandmother’s fried chicken and Sunday’s dinner. They have all the sides to make it a great meal. Their pizza is really good too. But I’m all about the fried chicken.”

“I had a great experience at Papa Murphy's! Ordering was a breeze, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I tried the Chicken Bacon Artichoke pizza, which was delicious—fresh ingredients and amazing taste. I also got a Pepperoni and Onion pizza, and it was just as satisfying. Since it was Tuesday, I even got a nice discount! Quick and easy pickup, perfect for a busy evening. Highly recommend!”

“Normal, authentic, non-fusion delicious Mexican food. The “original” Margaritas are fantastic. Delivered to your table in an ice filled shaker with chilled salted edge martini glass. The shaker has about 2 1/2 glasses of drink in it, so it’s ice cold as you drink it. The atmosphere is loud but fun. We sat next to a table with 6 local rancher cowboys who were holding forth with each other about their rodeo experiences. When we finished eating, we introduced ourselves and had a great visit. Excellent food and fun time.”

“The bartenders are friendly and sweet. We did not have food but the drinks were good. Also, I left my debit card there after we paid cash for our tab. We live 3 hours away and they mailed my card back to me so I didn’t have to cancel it. Would absolutely recommend this bar and these people!!!”

Though I was confused at first (I'm not from Nebraska) --this scooters is in a building with a giant sign reading "Nebraska land" so, I spent a little time looking for the amusement rides. . .I didn't find any. “Freddy's burgers are a real treat. The original double is a smash burger style double burger that is tasty and satisfying. I'm not a fan of their potato stick style frys, but they are well cooked and flavorful. The onion rings are fantastic, though! Overall, it was a good visit, with the only issue being the young man at the counter. He spoke so fast I couldn't follow him and seemed to be in a hurry to get us through the line, even though no one was behind us. I was going to order a concrete, but I didn't because I was being rushed.”

“I love dive bars with original decor even with the old, brown ceiling tiles! Super friendly and fun staff and the drinks and old timey popcorn were so good and nostalgic!”

“Stopped here on on way back from a vacation in Colorado it was definitely worth the drive off the interstate. Food was great the guy making the sandwiches was very very friendly and took the time to provide great customer service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. He greeted us, asked us what we wanted and made our orders accurately even checking to make sure we didn’t want anything extra. We took our sandwiches to go, they were fresh and just perfectly made lots of toppings plenty of meat and cheese.

Parking: Connected to a gas station so there’s parking I’m sure when it’s busy it might be more difficult to find a spot but overall very easy for us this trip!”

“This was my first time at a Cold Stone creamery and I wasn't too impressed, however, there were other people in line so it must be popular enough. There were three people in line in front of us and it was a 17 minute wait which gave me plenty of time to read all the signs. I didn't realize that they had about 18 plain flavors of ice cream. Like a base flavor. And for everything extra you want to add in, you pay $0.89 per add-in thing. The staff then takes a couple of metal scoops, and manually squashes, folds, cuts and mixes your extras into the ice cream. This is not the fastest process, but it gives you a custom-made dessert. I just couldn't justify the price for what you got (two little scoops of plain ice cream for $11.50). I will say the texture was very smooth, had a nice mouth feel, but I wasn't getting much out of it flavor-wise.
For the amount that you get for the price that you pay for the amount of time that it takes, I can't say that I would go to a Cold Stone creamery again. Nothing wrong with this location or the people that work there, I just didn't like it.”

“Visited this restaurant on Friday, July 5th. It is a very "open" type restaurant. The food was very good. I had the Philly sandwich which, as I said, was very good. The service was also very good. They also had two local brewery beers on tap. My favorite was a beer from the Brewery across the street, Peg Leg Brewing. If coming through on the interstate, would highly recomend stopping here,”

“usually dairy queen here in North Platte is amazing but today was rough. I ordered door dash. I can not blame the dasher for anything wrong. but I was missing a straw spoon and ranch plus had like 3 peices of chocolate in my stores blizzard. I paid 30 dollars for nothing to be right and I just have to deal with it. the reason I can't blame dasher is they close up that bag like Fort Knox. no way for him to check if it's all actually there. I. just disappointed. I still think you guys are great but maybe having a rough moment?”

“My go-to place for coffee during the daytime. Mom gets coffee, and the dog gets doggy donuts. They ask every time before giving them to her, even though they see her a lot (which I really appreciate). I haven't had any negative experiences yet. The waiting times are usually fairly quick, too.”

“I'm on a roll here in North Platte, lately! I decided to try Another Round for their ribeye steak and loaded nachos. I was NOT disappointed! Reasonably priced and it was prepared to perfection. The medium rare I asked for was just right, the steak itself was tender, juicy and had the perfect amount of sear on the outside. Worth every, single penny. The loaded nachos were just that, loaded down with toppings. I wish I had two stomachs because it was far too much for just one person, lol! A bit off the main road, but entirely worth it if you have a craving for an awesome ribeye! Will definitely be trying out their other menu items in the future!”
