“This Subway must be under new management/ownership. If you want Subway in North Platte come to this one. ALL of the food was fresh. EVERYTHING was clean. And not just wiped down, it looked like new but was definitely the same equipment just taken care of now. I was very impressed. “I absolutely love Jimmy John’s food, as it is always fresh and delicious. However, I hate to say that North Platte’s JJ’s consistently messes something up whenever we order. Whether it’s as small as forgetting napkins or cutting a sandwich in half, to a delivery time of 70+ minutes and completely ignoring the order’s specifications. Tonight I purposefully left a tip off the order so I could give the driver a cash tip, though he/she was back in their car and driving off by the time I opened the door and ran down the sidewalk trying to tip them. And yes, I made sure the ticket did not have the “leave at the door” option selected. We also noticed a few things wrong with our order, but decided against calling it in. I want to be a supportive customer as I worked a Jimmy Johns for over 3 years (another NE location), but I am saddened to admit that there are simply too many inconsistencies happening at this location.“
