El Mojito | Cuban Cuisine is a favorite place in North Platte. The restaurant serves great authentic Cuban food, including the pan con bisteak and Cuban sandwich. The Ropa Vieja (Shredded Beef) and Cuban Tamale are also popular dishes. The atmosphere is out of this world, with amazing staff and a very nice atmosphere. The food is amazing, with large portions and decent prices. The service is fast and friendly. El Mojito also has a great cocktail menu and phenomenal desserts, including yuca balls and fries. The Cubanos are a favorite among customers. Whether new to Cuban cuisine or a regular, El Mojito is a great place to check out, and it feels like home. The restaurant is a gem, and North Platte is lucky to have it. Customers can't wait to come back and try something else, and it's easily a favorite restaurant in town.
