I am sure the ice cream is good I have had it at other locations. I just dont know why and ice cream shop with that much stuff on hand would not offer a traditional banna split.
Did not catch her name, but the woman working here today (10/10/25, 2pm) is an absolute delight! A very welcoming and friendly person to meet on a nice afternoon at Cold stone :)
This was my first time at a Cold Stone creamery and I wasn't too impressed, however, there were other people in line so it must be popular enough. There were three people in line in front of us and it was a 17 minute wait which gave me plenty of time to read all the signs. I didn't realize that they had about 18 plain flavors of ice cream.
