Super excited to have this addition to North Platte. We have eaten there several times and enjoyed all the meals. The menu is very large, and the prices are good The two burrito special is a superb value band more than I can eat. The ingredients taste fresh, they push the food out fast, and the lady that usually takes the orders is extremely nice. Their sauce and pepper bar are tasty and very well cleaned. The atmosphere is more fast casual than fast food.
Still 1 of my favorite Mexican chains in Omaha; Linas is consistent and tasty. My favorite are the burritos and the Chimichanga. Used to be a bit cheaper before Covid but still decent value.

Food was good. Combo platters came with rice and refried beans - along with a large flour tortilla. Simply seasoned rice and beans - not too salty. The main dish items seemed freshly made and were hot. A good selection of salsas, too. Service was friendly and prompt. The restaurant dining area and kitchen were very clean. A combo plate and a drink for two came to $30. Overall, a solid choice for your standard Mexican fare.
