Ordered a big order for a family birthday! We were shorted 2 pieces of chicken. I had to go back to get the rest of my biscuits and then I never go my drink! Very disappointed
It's okay, not as good as before they remodel it. No barbecue beans, no buffet, chicken sometimes isn't cook all the way.
First time coming here and the people were friendly the building was clean and not chaotic also the people working were very kind 🙃 making it easy to travel with kids which isnt the easiest itself but definitely a 5 out of 5 star review

KFC in North Platte is a popular dining destination for locals and visitors alike. The restaurant is known for its great food, particularly the chicken gizzards, which are a specialty. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service. Brittany, one of the employees, has been highlighted for her patience and kindness, especially when helping customers with online orders. While the drive-thru layout can be inconvenient at times, the delicious menu items, including the Mac and cheese and French fries, make up for it. Customers appreciate the nice building and comfortable interior, creating an overall enjoyable dining experience. Many have mentioned that KFC is the best chicken there ever was and are eager for the restaurant to open again soon.
