7 Brew Coffee is a popular spot known for its delicious drinks and friendly service. Many customers appreciate the great variety of beverages, including coffee, 7 energies, matcha, and specialty drinks like banana iced matcha, which is praised for its perfect balance of flavors. The staff are often described as kind, helpful, and welcoming, with some employees being recognized for their warm hospitality and genuine care for customers. Customers frequently mention that the staff remember them and ask how they are doing, creating a personal and inviting atmosphere.
While the coffee and drinks are consistently praised for their quality and taste, some concerns are raised about wait times, which can be over 20 minutes, especially when employees stand and talk instead of taking orders. Despite this, the speed of service is generally appreciated, with staff getting customers in and out quickly when lines are long. The staff also do not ask for tips directly but allow customers to tip if they feel the service deserved it, which many customers do happily.
Overall, 7 Brew Coffee is regarded as having the best drink selection in North Platte, with excellent service that makes each visit enjoyable. Customers look forward to returning, especially with new locations opening nearby.
