Applebee's Grill + Bar

Stopped in on our way across the state. Ate off the lunch menu which is very reasonable for the amount of food. I had the House clubhouse grille with a Caesar salad for $6.99. My wife had the three cheese chicken penne for $10.99. Then we had a kids meal of chicken Alfredo and green beans for $6.99 as well. They were out of a few options such as broccoli the day we were there but the green beans were great! My sandwich and salad were both solid. My wife didn’t love her pasta it had a lot of tomatoes in it that weren’t in the description. Service was friendly and fast. There was a group of older women doing a Christmas gift exchange nearby which made it a fun vibe as well. Changing table in the bathroom wasn’t the best but worked.

All I can say to you is don't even try it!! Did you get the wrong crew on the wrong day... Wow. Completely ruined a family weekend and couldn't make it better even after three tries! Management didn't even adjust our bill one bit. I've worked in the restaurant industry my entire life in this was the third bad experience at the same Applebee's. It felt like the cook was retaliating against us for sending back a bloody steak that was ordered medium well. Issues with the server, issues with management, issues with the kitchen. NEVER, EVER AGAIN.

I so badly wanted a Rib Eye steak but they didn’t have any. So I got a smaller sirloin steak. Didn’t want green beans, so I got two servings of mashed potatoes with cheese & bacon….so good. Great staff, very attentive. But remember, it’s a chain restaurant, food quality is the same where ever you go, which I like, no surprises.

Half the place has chairs on tables. Awfully cold. Not enough staff. Beer cheese was cold. Pickle fries were soggy and too salty.

Probably my worst dining experience ever. After being seated we had to wait close to 10 mins for the waitress to come to the table. After we ordered our food the soup and onion rings took over 10 mins again to arrive and within 2 mins our mains arrived. I had ordered the riblet platter and received a plate and no coleslaw. The waitress only commented the the main was close behind and made no apology I had to hurry and finish the soup and the riblets were stone cold. My son ordered chicken fingers and never did receive the sauce. Before I complained the waitress never came back to ask if everything was satisfactory. I had to chase her down to let her know and then had to wait for the manager to arrive. I did not pay for the meal and the manager did apologize, but this is not an experience I want again. Horrible experience, I asked for a refill and 1hr later never got it, my friend asked for an extra sauce right when the food came out and never got it, I’ve had better service at gas stations

It is a guarantee that you will wait to be seated and you probably won't be acknowledged when you're there. Went because the person I was with wanted to go. Our server called us by odd names...brother and sweetheart....food was ok...one serving of green beans was ice cold....so after waiting forever for the average food it was another wait for properly microwaved green beans.

I ordered it to go.I did the 2 for 25 but turned out to be 37. The green beans were nasty.I threw them away and the spinach dip I got was not good and old. You know It's bad when you don't give it to your dogs. The lady at the to go try to charge me for A1 sauce. Only thing I had was the steak and that was good, but it was not worth 37. Just wasn't happy with it at all

Our waitress was very sweet and did a great job but the food was beyond mediocre... Steak and burger over cooked and very charred. All of the fried food was functionally drenched in oil... I'm guessing the didn't drain it just pulled it out and dumped it on the plate.
