Applebee's Grill + Bar

Stopped by on trip across country to order food. Service was horrible. Bartender couldn’t take car side orders Exit door for servers was full of garbage on the floor. This place was anything but clean and organized
We chose to eat elsewhere. Horrible experience and waist of valuable time

This place is terrible. Been there 2 times in the last 2 months and it has been an awful experience both times. Service was terrible the first time and walked out the 2nd. Went in at 4:30 and only 2 other customers in the restaurant, asked to sit at a high top in the bar area and the hostess said she would have to find us a server. Overheard the bartender and another waitress give her hell for sitting us there. Bartender must be lazy! Told the guys we were leaving. And we did. Such bullshit. We will never be back.

Jake the server is literally keeping the whole restaurant alive. Beyond impressed with his personality and service! GIVE HIM A RAISE.

Our chicken was burned black, and the fries were not fresh, everything else was delicious!

Long wait for our meal. It was fresh and hot, but I think the focus on to go orders delayed service

The food was meh. The service was just bad. Dont get the 6 oz Sirloin steak. YOU WILL REGRET!

Their noodles are so overcooked, they are so soggy they try to disintegrate when your fork touches them. The Alfredo sauce (if you want to call it that), is watered down so much that it doesn't have any flavor. The bread sticks seem to be soaked in grease which is unfortunate cause it would be the only thing that had potential. The server was super nice, but seemed to be overworked and fried. We saw another server argue multiple different times with the hosts/ bussers, and the server was loud enough to hear the argument from multiple tables away.

Waited forever to get seated and never did when there were plenty of open seats and the workers were just standing and talking.

We are traveling and sat down for over 50 mins with no food. They were not that busy. And our waiter said they are short staffed which is a lie. We watch multiple workers not doing there job. Ended up walking out because we didn't get our food. It does not take 50 mins for a salad and pasta. This was ridiculous because we have been to Applebee's that the customers are out the door and still got sat down and food within 20 mins. Please look at your staff here something is wrong. If it takes an hr for food to be cooked

Not too bad, the usual affair of Applebee's. Salad was good but maybe I was expecting a bit more or considering the calorie content! 2nd visit was much better! The server was immense 😁

Worst experience I've had at an Applebee's. Waited an hour for our food to never come. Server checked on us one time after ordering. Ended up leaving without any food, won't be back. Also please have your bartender ID people who sit at the bar.. There were kids sitting at the bar that were clearly not 21 years of age.
