Applebee's Grill + Bar

At least 1/3 of seating wasn't being used. We were told they weren't assigned to anyone. Host couldn't tell anyone how long a wait would be. Also with all the tvs they couldn't put on NCAA game although 3 were on the same thing. Glad I don't live here. Wouldn't come again

I called in around 4 pm and order a pickup for 5 pm. I got to the restaurant at 4:50 and waited till 5:30 pm for my food to be ready regardless of the fact that I called earlier.
Ordered "Pick 2" from the menu.
Special order no pickles on the burgers and for the second meal I swapped Spanish rice for fries. I also ordered chicken nuggets for the appetizer with ranch dipping sauce.
What i got , burger PICKLES , NO dipping sauce and NO fries. I also requested silverware and napkins and got none.
And I waited for 40 min once I got there.
Safe to say one of the worst Applebees experiences so far. Choose I a different location, that's my sincere advice to you.

Stopped to eat (N. Platte, NE), at approximately 7pm. Parking lot not even half full (figured I should get seated immediately, especially as it was just me). Opened the door to find the waiting area full of people. I stood there for 4 and half minutes, and was looked at 4 times, and not acknowledged once, until I finally spoke up and asked to be checked in. I was only offered a seat at the bar, looking around at half of the tables being empty, I asked why I couldn't have a table. "Jessica", who self identified as the/a "manager", said something unintelligible, to which I asked (looking at the half empty restaurant), "I'm I missing something"? Apparently I was, as she "wasn't going to be spoken to that way". Well, guess what snowflake, I don't eat at a restaurant with such crappy service. Additionally, I travel from one side of this country to the other, I'll NEVER eat at another Applebee's.

My son ordered meals for 3 of us pickup got all the way home and missing chicken sandwich with fries he called and had to go all the way back to get it. My bun on the chichen sandwich was hard as a rock literally. Nothing was offered to my son for having to make a trip back using up gas. I don't think we will get food for pick up or eat there again.

I have not had the greatest experience with this restaurant. Was Rejected to come in the restaurant because they didn't have enough workers and went again to say they only could let enough people in for 10 tables we had to leave. Tried it again the server took our order and forgot to put it in for the cook so everyone was getting served but us server didn't apologize and the manager at the time was very rude. We will not go again. Sad because we did like going to this restaurant.

Ordered food to go last night , got back to my hotel and it was over cooked and dry so I called them to let them know I was unsatisfied and the manager was kind and understanding and had my order re made to perfection I really appreciate how ready and willing she was to fix my meals . Thank you .

I enjoy applebee's when my husband and I go there. There is easy parking access, handicap access, and special posted parking spots for veterans.
I believe the food is enjoyable depending on what you get, same with the alcoholic beverages.
Depending on what time you go, the staff can be consistent with assisting customers. Usually, every time my husband and I go there, they're pretty busy. I love their happy hour deals for appetizers. There have been very few times where we would have to sit and wait until a table became available, but who hasn't experienced that?
My husband and I don't go here very often, but we will continue to do so when we feel like it.

My bag was tied and taped shut, they admitted they forgot to pack my items and told me...... Nothing we can do I wouldnt walk into another Applebee's again in my life now order from them ever again. I dealt with Maddie W she was rude not helpful and sarcastic I hope they find some one to replace her soon terrible customer service I hope no folks stay away

This was a very bad time at our Applebee's. To get seated it took 10 minutes and than it took an hour and a half to get our food to go. And when we got it they didn't give us our drinks to go with it.
