So when do you need an ID to get sauces from inside and when did a Large drink became a medium size drink & still get charged for the price of a large drink and the lady working up front that had her arms crossed maybe refresh and start your day over and be kind and just because your having a bad day no reason to ruin anyone else’s day….

This was the worst experience I have ever had at this Arbys in North Platte. The girl working up front around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday October 13, 2024 was very very rude and threw my change at me. No napkins in the dining room and when asked for some she rudely said that they had to limit the amount of napkins so she couldnt give me any. I will never come back again if she is working.

Staff was rude and non conversational. Service was slow and we were the only dine in customers with 4 staff standing around talking much of the time we were there. Apparently Also, Arby's has discontinued the Arby's Junior, replacing it with a slider. I won't be back.
Thrilled to see potato cakes are back. Too bad they were luke warm and hard as a rock!

This place was awful. Customer service was the worst I have experienced in a long time. They stood there while I waited for someone to help me, mind you, there was two workers standing in front of me, none of whom even acknowledged me. When I got the the car, I realized that my order was not right. So I proceeded to go back into the restaurant, and they looked at each other and blamed each other. When I was watching my sandwich being made, the worker whom was working on it, seemed upset. When he was done with making the sandwich, he threw it into the counter. When I opened the sandwiches in the car, the meat seemed old, it had weird liquids, and just looked unappetizing. THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER EATEN!!! Would not recommend to my worst enemy!! ????????

I visited this location at about 930pm on a Friday night. The service was quick. Food was good. The bathrooms need a little updating but were functional.
