Capone’s Bar and Grill was a huge disappointment, especially considering how insanely expensive it is. My chicken came out raw in the middle, which is unacceptable and a serious food safety issue. Even aside from that, the food was bland, poorly cooked, and nowhere near worth the price.

The atmosphere was uncomfortable and chaotic, but the worst part was the management. When I brought up the raw chicken, the manager acted like a snob—dismissive, arrogant, and clearly uninterested in fixing the problem or taking responsibility.

Paying premium prices for raw food, a bad atmosphere, and snobby management is ridiculous. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I've been here four times. The staff has always been wonderful. They have the best pork chop in the country, I swear. Portions are just right. Prices are comparitive. Gluten-free options, which are hard to find. Keep up the good work!

Andrew did a great job making it a great experience. I had the chopped beef with gravy and potatoes which was cooked just right with proper amount of seasoning. The salad was iceberg lettuce with a couple of baby carrots and cucumbers which left a lot to be desired. Very good overall.

We arrived on a Friday. Ordered after waiting 30minutes. Out of lettuce, so NO salads of any kind. No wraps because of the lettuce. No Philly. Not sure why. Been here for over an hour and NO food for our group of 6 yet. However, another group of 6 who arrived after us has been served, likewise a single and a couple. Don't go unless you have time to waste, you're not hungry and you want a bag of chips (literally) with your meal. Very disappointed.

My Only issue about this joint is we dont go there ENOUGH, and actually we're going out there in about a hour in a half for lunch. We love to dine out once or twice a month and like to go to different places and have not been to a couple of the new places in town yet, that being said Capones is #1 in N.P. for me, awsome always the service from the time we go in to checkout, I have not ever said oh this isn't very good as far as what I've ordered, steak dinners, salads, chicken Alfredo, chicken fried steak dinners, chicken wings my son loves, and the best bacon cheeseburgers iv ever had in the state!!! that's no shite, the entres, ect.ect. The location, parking, excellent, never to hot or cold in the place, I honestly have no complaints. One time it was very busy it took awhile to get our food but like I said it was busy that's par of it though my food was a little cool and in a couple minutes they'd warmed it up so good to go, dint think we've ever waited to long for our food ever. Me and the kids getting ready to take wife/mom out for lunch at CAPONES.

Wonderful service and excellent food! Our waitress was so patient with us and kind. We definitely would come again! Our entire family enjoyed.

Food was terrible. under cooked toast and hash browns. over cooked eggs, and sausage. the service was good but it smelled awful like they didn’t have the hood on and very hazy.

We have been going to this place for awhile. Now it's awful. Bathrooms were dirty the service was terrible we seat there for an hour no wait dress. They said they didn't know what happened to our order. This place going down hill fast

I have had great food and service but tonight was not the case. Party of 2, we were seated quickly as they were busy and yes we were expecting a wait for our food. We order a chicken fried steak dinner and a shrimp dinner. 15 minutes after we order a party of 18 people were sat and they ordered from a selection they were told. 1hr and 42 minutes later the staff brings out the party of 18 food which consisted of chicken fried steak dinners and cheeseburgers and yes we were still sitting there waiting. Yes we did get extra dinner rolls while we waited and a refill on our drinks and we left with no food or any offer of to-go.

I ordered the fish and shrimp and it was the saddest looking plate I ever seen in my life the fish was small and the 3 shrimp were tiny the whole bill cost my son 135.00 and the food is not worth the price not recommended at all way to high priced and quality of food was awful. And the service was just as bad as the food.
