Who doesn't love chick-fil-a? I wouldn't recommend stopping on one by the interstate as our wait after ordering was 30 minutes to get our food. But it was delicious as usual.

I arrived at the restaurant at 9:30 PM and attempted to place an order, but was informed that the wrap station was already closed. I then tried to order 3 mac and cheese, only to be told that it was unavailable as well. This was very disappointing, especially as I have never encountered this situation before. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

Dining space was clean and food was fresh. One staff member was a bit short with responses— not rude, but not openly willing to discuss questions over the menu. Otherwise a good experience.

The manager Tyler ( my daughter said Josh Allen look alike) He gave us the best customer service we have ever received. He is the kind that should be looked at as a future franchise owner. He took care of us above and beyond. Thanks for making our experience today memorable!!! God bless you!!

It didn't take long in the drive thru and staff was friendly. But we ordered 2 cobb salads and after we got home and were ready to eat we noticed that even though the containers both said cobb salads that one was a market salad instead. Good thing neither of us were allergic to strawberries.

Chicken tasted good. But Low quality bun dissolved and fell apart from the tomato slices juice. All the tables were dirty, so patrons had to clean their own tables before they sat down. Staff ignored you if you try to get a drink refill. Our order did not come with any condiments and so we had to wait quite a while to get some.
Ketchup, sauce, napkins, salt and pepper not available in the lobby and not included on tray or takeout. One must return to counter and stand in long line to get condiments and drink refill. Food was great!

Every time I have visited this location it has been soooo slow. Even if there’s very few cars in the drive thru or customers in the dining room. I’ve always had fast service at other chic-fil-a locations. Also, the food is often served luke warm and doesn’t seem fresh, definitely not up to the standards I’ve experienced at other chic-fil-a’s.
