So i had not been out here since around covid. 100% better than then. Managment has really turned it around. Highly recomend this place hats off to james and peggy for the turn around.
My folks are traveling cross-country to visit a sick friend and stopped at the North Platte location to get some dinner on their way. They waited 45 minutes and were not served yet people who came in after them got their orders taken and got served punctually.
They left after receiving nothing but waters. No service at all. Is this how you treat older folks all the time?
