The woman working drive through on the morning of 12/02/25 was very rude. She messed up my drink, and was rude to me when I asked for the correct drink. She stayed silent, and slammed the window in my face. Rude. This kind of customer service makes me never want to return. I think corporate should see this, and look into how your workers are treating customers at the store.

My absolute favorite place to get coffee, not only is it affordable it is very delicious. Since the new owners have taken over, I have noticed a drastic change in the quality, for the better. The baked goods are baked fresh every day and they are very delicious and it's hard to pick just one item. I put in an order almost every day which is very convenient, and most of the time , the staff is very friendly.

I order a large hot chocolate the lady gave me black coffee didn’t realize til I got home I was Annoyed cause it’s cold and I have to make the unnecessarily drive again. I explained to the guy at the drive thru and he had to correct my order I get my hot chocolate and I noticed it wasnt filled up he was skimpy poor service really annoyed I spent a total of like $25 and this is the service I get so messed up check your orders guys and make sure you’re getting what YOU paid for

The customer service has went downhill. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with cream cheese and only got a bagel with cream cheese. I called and employee said she would leave a note in the office. On a separate day I ordered the same thing and it didn't have cream cheese. We are charged extra for cream cheese only to not get it. When I called again she said that since I hadn't gotten either she would just leave a note for me to get a sandwich when I came in. The next morning I order donuts (which we do frequently). I mention the sandwich while I am ordering, then get to the window and they have several different people asking questions about when I ordered (which I had already given order numbers). There was a line of people behind me and they still didn't trust that I had been charged for this stuff and not received it. The customer service used to be really good, however this is unprofessional. I just left without getting what I paid for 🤷

Arguably the worst attempt at a doughnut. I ordered doughnut holes and received glazeless rolls. Not sure how you screw up a glazed doughnut but they nailed it. Do not recommend this Dunkin

My only complaint is how the donuts aren't the same size or frosted the same/nicely. Idk if they come frozen or what but the inconsistency sucks. I also wish the app allowed me to modify my drink more. I love the pistachio bev but that waffle cone is disgusting. It won't let me remove that (or the cinnamon on the caramel latte, like what? Cinnamon and caramel don't go together)

I ordered the 6$ meal and my hash browns were burnt. And I didn't even get the right sandwich. I mean it wasn't even a option on the 6$ meal. On top of that the sandwich was awful
