El Mojito offers amazing food, top-notch service, and a great atmosphere. The shrimp ceviche and chicken croquettes are must-try dishes. The plantain chips and dip serve as the perfect starter, while the Cuban Meal is super delicious. The grilled chicken sandwich also impresses, and the El Cubano sandwich is delicious and fresh. Owner Javier is incredibly welcoming and gives the lowdown on the authentic Cuban food. The cook is phenomenal and the food is absolutely delicious and extremely flavorful. Dishes like the platanoes rellenos filled with shrimp creole and ropa vieja, the pescado frito, and the Pollo con Salza are all outstanding. It is a hidden gem and a remarkable restaurant, a great addition to North Platte that is definitely worth visiting regularly.
