Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

They stole money from me! I ordered through Freddys website for delivery. Ordered three meals with concretes. The meals were delivered but no concretes. Called the Freddys in Sevierville Tn were the food was ordered from and told them and they said that’s not there fault and can’t do anything about it! They said they have a sign up telling the drivers to go in cooler and get the drinks so it’s not on them. I explained it is because I ordered through their website not DoorDash! He said nothing they can do! I already paid of course through their website so I am out my money and food. He said he can’t do anything and hung up on me! That is theft!!!

We placed our order at the drive up, one car was in front of us. We waited approximately 7 minutes for the vehicle in front of us to get their food. Once we paid for one large order of fries it took another 4 minutes before we received our fries. We will never be eating at Freddy's again. They didn't even fill the fries full.

Ordered large turtle concrete. the top half of the cup was mixed while just vanilla on bottom. They gave me a spoon that did not breach the bottom We won't be back.

We ate here around 2pm on a Sunday while passing thru, and while the food was good and service was friendly, it was difficult to find a clean table (sat at one that had *less* crumbs than others), the trash was full and it didn’t look like the floors had been picked up all day. During cold & flu season especially, cleanliness of turned over tables is crucial in the restaurant industry!

Freddy's is Freddy's. If you like cheeseburger and fries this place is one of the best in north platte.

I order 5 chicken tenders and only got 4 I was very disappointed and got super hungry, if I show up again I would like to see a change like getting the amount of food you ordered. I also did not like the layout of the restaurant it was confusing and not a fun time.

Freddy's burgers are a real treat. The original double is a smash burger style double burger that is tasty and satisfying. I'm not a fan of their potato stick style frys, but they are well cooked and flavorful. The onion rings are fantastic, though! Overall, it was a good visit, with the only issue being the young man at the counter. He spoke so fast I couldn't follow him and seemed to be in a hurry to get us through the line, even though no one was behind us. I was going to order a concrete, but I didn't because I was being rushed.

Food was delicious with a nice option for dessert. The customer service was fast and polite. They we were ready to tell of their current deals and save you money. The announcement for orders was clear and easy to understand so there was no way of you missing your order. They had options for indoor and outdoor eating and I usually opt for outside because I feel like I spend enough time inside and it was nice with a clean atmosphere and service outside as well. Definitely would visit again.

Wow, if I wanted a homogenous mess, I'd have gotten a Big Mac. Not what you used to serve in any manner. Went to Arby's so I could get something I could eat in my car.
EDIT: called to talk with manager on duty. He doesn't care one bit. Didn't even offer to make a fresh burger to replace the one I couldn't eat, zero attempt to make things right. Overall review dropped to 1 star, accordingly.
EDIT #2: The Web address you give to contact is unsafe; security certificate is expired. My antivirus rightfully stops me from accessing it. Is your IT/IS department too busy on their phones, as well?
