Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

My family and I enjoyed the food and I would have to say the people were very kind. The only thing that I have to complain about is when it got busy, the room got very lower due to the room echoing.

2 double cheeseburgers, 2 fries, 2 medium drinks, and 2 concretes = $50.00. That’s reDONKulous! $25-$30 - ok, but $50.00? Absolute insanity!!

We had the double bacon cheeseburgers . Food was good. No issue there. Issue was tables were dirty. We went to 3 different tables and all were dirty. Cashier didn't say anything to us when we placed our order, just looked at us. We saw a couple ask an employee to clean a table before they sat down . She cleaned that one table and walked by the others were dirty. Numerous employees would come to the drink station and get supplies but no cleaning was done. Trash can at the front door was nasty. Plenty of employees were working while we were there but they all stayed at their station and nobody seemed responsible for cleaning the dining room. This happened at the Fayetteville,NC location at 5:30 pm today and they were not busy.

Very good burgers that make me go back for more. The bbq brisket smash burger is to die for loved it guys. Best burger ever

I always stop by here for a lunch when I drive through Nebraska. The food here never disappoints me. I always order here Freddy’s original double and it is always good. It is pretty simple but it tastes great. The beef is tender and juicy. Buns are always good and fresh. Fries is also good but sometimes they add too much salt in it. The fries is different than in other fast food restaurants because it is thin but in my opinion it makes it taste better. The restaurant is clean and they make food pretty quickly, I have never waited more than 10 minutes. There are plenty of tables and it was never been too busy whenever I was here. The stuff is friendly and they’re always ready to help you if you have any questions. Also, I usually get the frozen custards here. So far I tried chocolate brownie and strawberry dreamcake, and both are delicious. Also once I tried patty melt and it wasn’t that good as their regular burgers. It felt like burnt bread and it was dry. Overall, I think this restaurant is great and I’ll always stop by here when I pass through North Platte. I would recommend it to anyone who likes burgers.

They stole money from me! I ordered through Freddys website for delivery. Ordered three meals with concretes. The meals were delivered but no concretes. Called the Freddys in Sevierville Tn were the food was ordered from and told them and they said that’s not there fault and can’t do anything about it! They said they have a sign up telling the drivers to go in cooler and get the drinks so it’s not on them. I explained it is because I ordered through their website not DoorDash! He said nothing they can do! I already paid of course through their website so I am out my money and food. He said he can’t do anything and hung up on me! That is theft!!!

We placed our order at the drive up, one car was in front of us. We waited approximately 7 minutes for the vehicle in front of us to get their food. Once we paid for one large order of fries it took another 4 minutes before we received our fries. We will never be eating at Freddy's again. They didn't even fill the fries full.

Ordered large turtle concrete. the top half of the cup was mixed while just vanilla on bottom. They gave me a spoon that did not breach the bottom We won't be back.

We ate here around 2pm on a Sunday while passing thru, and while the food was good and service was friendly, it was difficult to find a clean table (sat at one that had *less* crumbs than others), the trash was full and it didn’t look like the floors had been picked up all day. During cold & flu season especially, cleanliness of turned over tables is crucial in the restaurant industry!

Freddy's is Freddy's. If you like cheeseburger and fries this place is one of the best in north platte.

I order 5 chicken tenders and only got 4 I was very disappointed and got super hungry, if I show up again I would like to see a change like getting the amount of food you ordered. I also did not like the layout of the restaurant it was confusing and not a fun time.
