Terrible experience with this location, guy behind the counter made several excuses to ultimately make us turn around and leave. Claiming they ran out of burgers and chicken and that if we did order we’d be waiting quite awhile for them to clean the charcoal grill??! Person working was very unenthusiastic and shouldn’t be running the store in that way. Don’t recommend this location at all

I hadn’t been to a Hardee’s in ages and was so happy that curly fries were back…until my order of large curly fries came out. There were mostly pieces of or short fries, felt like I’d got the bottom of the bag of fries put in the fryer. I took them back to the counter and explained how I felt about these fries to the person who had taken my order. His response…was to return to making orders, no comment or acknowledging me. After about 5 minutes I went back and talked to another person. While they made me a new order. They weren’t that much better-at least they were hot. Last time I come through Hardee’s for a while

Worst Hardee's I have ever been too. Paid $23. Got what was supposed to be a big roast beef. Ended up being a small with a few slices of meat. Talked to them about it and they said it was legit. I don't think so. Ive been to several Hardee's. Also got a famous star sandwich. Was put on a small bun and very very sloppy. Put on a small hamburger bun.

When I first arrived, I had to wait to be helped even though there was no one in front of me to order. Then no greeting and no up sell. I was using a coupon for a Superstar burger. I ordered it with just cheese and ketchup. The bun must have been old because it was tough to eat. It was also smaller than the burger patty. The burger was sloppily put together. Fortunately the chicken tenders were good. I had also ordered a strawberry lemonade. I wasn’t asked what size I wanted. I had expected a large cup because I had just seen someone else’s lemonade in a large cup. But my cup was smaller. The cashier had an attitude when I asked for the dipping sauce that I had already ordered, but wasn’t in my bag. The customer service was rather disappointing.

My husband said his burger was good. My meal was quite possibly the worst food I've ever eaten in my life anywhere. The rootbeer was flat and tasted low on syrup. The French fries were over salted and tasted like they had been sitting on a warmer for awhile. The chicken fingers were over cooked and super dry. But the toast was by far the worst. I actually involuntarily spit it out because there was so much garlic salt on it. I have a picture of my tongue as proof as to how disgustingly over salted it was. You can even see mounds of salt on the toast in the picture.

Everything was very sloppily put together. Everything was falling apart and had sauce all over the bun. It looked like they smashed down all 3 burgers before they wrapped them. The fries were clumps that looked like they scooped a handful and threw them in.

My order sat in the bag for at least 10 minutes. Went to ask where the order was and they gave it to me. Cold and not able to eat. Their garlic bread had so much salt on it that it was unconsumable. Asked for another item which was at least warm but no flavor. The fries were still cold since they didn't offer me replacement. For $15+ for a single meal, very poor experience. 👎
Hardees has, without a doubt, THE BEST breakfast biscuits in the business. McDonald's doesn't even come close.
