After waiting 30 minutes on food when we were told the chicken would take 3 minutes only when I told the manger he told us to never come back which after awhile will affect your business and we will never return there again!

Told my family it would be only 2 to 3 minute wait, turned out to be a 30 minute wait. When we finally got our food, employee told us to 'not come back' this was extremely disrespectful. Food was okay.

food was fine I asked what was ready was told tenders but had to wait for them to cook. Lady at register very nice lady working line older blondish gray hair with a barrette was eating fries from the fry area while bagging orders when I asked if my food was ready she yelled minute and a half then slammed my chicken down. Was grossed out by her eating fries threw food away. This is a health and hygiene issue.

Normally enjoy this place but this last time I only got 1 patty on my double burger and there was a bug on my chicken. With the nature of my job I couldn't get back there so I threw them out. Won't go again.

Terrible experience with this location, guy behind the counter made several excuses to ultimately make us turn around and leave. Claiming they ran out of burgers and chicken and that if we did order we’d be waiting quite awhile for them to clean the charcoal grill??! Person working was very unenthusiastic and shouldn’t be running the store in that way. Don’t recommend this location at all

I hadn’t been to a Hardee’s in ages and was so happy that curly fries were back…until my order of large curly fries came out. There were mostly pieces of or short fries, felt like I’d got the bottom of the bag of fries put in the fryer. I took them back to the counter and explained how I felt about these fries to the person who had taken my order. His response…was to return to making orders, no comment or acknowledging me. After about 5 minutes I went back and talked to another person. While they made me a new order. They weren’t that much better-at least they were hot. Last time I come through Hardee’s for a while
