When I first arrived, I had to wait to be helped even though there was no one in front of me to order. Then no greeting and no up sell. I was using a coupon for a Superstar burger. I ordered it with just cheese and ketchup. The bun must have been old because it was tough to eat. It was also smaller than the burger patty. The burger was sloppily put together. Fortunately the chicken tenders were good. I had also ordered a strawberry lemonade. I wasn’t asked what size I wanted....
Michelle was amazing!!! We spilled our drink at the table and they offered to walk us out to our car so we wouldn’t slip. The service was prompt. The fries came out later than the rest of our food but it was because they were making us a new batch!!! The service was impeccable by the whole staff!!! But Michelle was wonderful!!!
