My mom got a Number 15 club tuna wrapped in the Mediterranean last week. Guy stated today that its Limited wrap and is still running but wouldn't make what was given last week just kept saying they have it but they can't make it even tho they made it last week they refused to make it this week. Get it together Jimmy John's.

My last two orders have been wrong. It seems like they need to fix their drive-thru as the person taking my order struggles every time to hear what I’m asking for. I waited 10 minutes at the drive-thru tonight just to get my order incorrect.

We ordered some sandwiches and one of them the bread was burnt, I called them about it and they immediately are fixing it for me! Manager and employee both were very nice!

the food itself was pretty good. the service was not great. the guy at the window was just not friendly. it took a while to actually get my food. just not great to go through if in a hurry

I don’t know if the restaurant is any good, I’m just writing a review for the giant screaming head floating behind the restaurant.
It’s always back there, next to the dumpster, floating in the air, screaming in a deep man’s voice despite having no visible mouth. Very dedicated to its job!
It does a number of things that I enjoy:
If you leave a jjblt underneath it and come back the next day, there will be a pile of ancient looking coins in a pool of blood where the sandwich was. Exactly what I wanted!
If you stand in the right spot, you will start hearing Lou Bega’s mambo number 5 playing faintly under its droning scream. Awesome!
I brought my friend to see it, and he said that it looked exactly like his grandfather, even though it looks featureless to me. He got scared of it, but I thought it was neat. It can be something different for every person, and I appreciate that!
It has no eyes, but I always get the feeling that it is staring directly at me, no matter where I go! Very cool!
Again, I’m reviewing the floating head, not the Jimmy John’s. I’m not sure if they are affiliated, but I’m sure the operators of this establishment are aware of and appreciate the head’s presence as much as me.

The store opens at 10am. The neon light was on. It was after 10am. The door was still locked. I called. He said they were busy doing a catering order and wouldn’t be opening for awhile. When I said that this needed to be reported to corporate, his response was feel free to go ahead and do it. Wow, the service there is horrid.
830 pm on a Monday night. Freaky fast and absolutely delicious!

Okay service. Terrible food. The lettuce was brown and well past it's expiration date and the food was just terrible. I took a bite, got up, tossed it in the trash and walked out. I'll know better than to set foot in a jimmy johns again. Thankfully we found somewhere better to eat within walking distance. Maybe other locations are better, but I won't take that risk.
