We walked in to an empty restaurant with all the workers standing around chatting. We were not greeted. I told my kids to find a table while I ordered, but every table either had trash on it or was sticky (likely wiped with a sticky rag because there were smear lines where the tables had been wiped). Several of the tables had been removed (benches but no table).I asked if they had “day old bread” because that’s all one child wanted, and they told me no, so we just ordered an extra bread loaf.The girl taking our order seemed distracted by other conversations happening and kept asking us to repeat our order.After ordering, I was never asked for my rewards #, so I remembered as we were paying and she cancelled the payment so I could earn my rewards (not a big deal, but they probably should be doing that…).3 of 4 sandwhiches that should have had peppers did not.1 of 2 that should have had “extra dressing” did not.6 out of 8 sandwhiches plus the extra “fresh” bread loaf were hard and stale.Very disappointing when you’re buying $10 sandwhiches and they can’t take the time to follow directions and provide quality food.There are 2 single-user bathrooms, but neither have an infant changing table despite having plenty of room to install one on the wall. (Of course, this isn’t a requirement, but would make the restaurant more family friendly.)Basically, the service was terrible (never a mention of “thanks for coming in” or “have a good night” either), the food was disappointing, and the atmosphere was very lacking compared to every other JJ I’ve been to over the years. Usually we love JJ, but I for sure won’t be back to this one next time we travel through.

More like outlandishly slow. Ordered a single sandwich at 12:02. Didn’t arrive for an hour. I live 5 minutes from the place itself! Won’t order delivery from here again.

The last 2 times some thing has gone wrong... I order no mustard they put mustard on it, also I got a sandwich with no meat. They used to be one of my favorite places but not now.

Love the food and store my problem is they can't deliver to me there's not even an option to pay more for it. You almost have to be right next to the store to get it delivered. They need to expand there delivery options considering it's all the way near the interstate.

Wow slowest jimmy John's ever....1 car at the microphone when I pull up behind them.... they wait about 5 min before they are asked to order....I got to order fairly quick... we almost left as it was some time before they got their order, then the same for us. The order in front of us was not large, close to 20 min to get sandwiches.

The person taking our order must hate her job. She had no personality and she seemed annoyed when we asked for specific ingredients on the sandwich. The guys making the sandwiches weren't any better. When we went to eat them (took it to go), we realized they did not give us the ingredients we requested.

We are traveling through on a road trip and stop here to grab sandwiches. The burly bearded dude stares at us and says he's working alone. I say we're not in a hurry so no worries. He seems ambivalent but takes the order for 8 sandwiches as a younger employee comes back from delivering sandwiches. Burly dude proceeds to let this kid do all the work himself while he walks behind the meat slicer and gets on his phone. Literally doesn't lift a finger to help the kid with this big order. Fortunately, the kid was fast and efficient and made good sandwiches. Unfortunately he had to do all the work himself.

Only 1 person working trying to make sandwiches, take orders, do drive-thru, and take phone orders makes for slow going. She was nice and apologized for the slow speed but it was obvious it was gonna take a bit to get the food since she was the only person there.Soda machine was off and out of ice. Key was in it so I turned the machine on.Bread was not very fresh tasting tasted like day old bread, stale and hard.

The picture shows half of my $15 sandwich, a giant slim 4 with cheese. The other half was the same sad story.We picked up sandwiches driving through town on our way home, as we have done several times before. We were already back on the interstate when I unwrapped my sandwich to find hardly anything between the bread.If this is how they make a $15 sandwich now, we won't be stopping there any more. Embarrassing.

Fast stop and parking is open but the music is so loud you'd think you ended up at the bar. We got 4 sandwiches 3 of which were fine, on the unwhich the lettuce wrap was brown spotted through out because it was going bad. Threw most of it away and just ate the wrest of the wrap as a finger salad.

Hadn't been there in awhile, but seems the food wasn't as good. Sandwich had very little meat on it. Typical fast food customer service..
