Second time I've gone in 30 days, went back a second time hoping they had an off day. Both times it took over an hour for one standard pizza, and I called my order in 30 minutes in advance both times. The last time (witch will be my last time) I ordered pretzel crust and it wasn't even pretzel crust. They had what looked like a full staff, at least 4 people. Terrible food quality, staff didn't have a clue what they where doing and multiple people left due to the long wait. I like Little Ceasars, but I will never go back to this location.

Sat in the drive thru tonight for just about 30 minutes!! I get up to the window and was told the didn't have any pepperoni pizzas all they had was beef pizza!! This place is going down hill fast.. I don't know how they are still open.. last time I visited this business it wasn't any better... Lady at the window was rude and I will be taking my money somewhere else... GOOD LUCK LITTLE CAESARS YOUR SERVICE IS TRASH... I wouldn't waste my time going here!!

This place us horribly managed. Completely overwhelmed. No concern for customers. Couldn’t care less about your order or getting it processed and made. So incredibly rude. They need to fire this staff and start over with an emphasis on their customer service.

Don't bother trying to customize anything on the menu, extra sauce? You'll get a pizza with next to no sauce, that's nearly inedible due to how dry it is. Every few months I foolishly give this place another try, and its a let down every time.

They gave me a pizza that had been sitting out on the counter, and when I got home I realized it wasn't even the right pizza, it was supposed to be cheese and they gave me pepperoni
I get a three-star atmosphere because I mean really you're on a busy street you can't take care of your little bitty yard

As of recently, LS has really been very consistent across the country. I have tried them in different States and everything has been good. Still not to the early days of mid 80s but value for money is now coming thru. Keep it up.

Ordered 2 extra most bestest pepperoni pizzas and one order of garlic parm wings. Got there at 7:05pm. An hour later, 15 cars have come and gone and we are still waiting. Staff needs to be faster and have things ready! It should not take so long for a small order. If we wanted to wait this long, we would have gone to an actual restaurant, not a fast food place.

Door was locked at 10:15pm when the sign by the door said they closed at 11pm. Pulled around to the drive thru window and the worker told me to backup through the drive thru and park in their parking lot to bring out the order. This is really unacceptable due to the location and layout of the restaurant.

The wait time here in absolutely ridiculous. 45 mins is the MINIMUM. They NEVER have anything hot n ready. It's always empty. Pay people more to get them in there to work bc this is absolutely unacceptable. Get a new manager or get them in here working!!!
