Omg - was finally able to stop in and let me just tell you, absolutely worth the wait! Already planning a trip back! What an amazing menu and amazing service. Such an awesome atmosphere, spectacular food and such great people! They are most definitely a great addition to our town. So very proud of the hard work and dedication Mackenzie and Jose have put into their wonderful little place. Definitely 12 out 10!! Would highly recommend!

It’s more than just a snack shack. This is a fresh and unique lunch spot that offers a variety of sandwiches, salads, and hummus plates. My wife and I choose to eat plant-based and were pleased to find some options on the menu, but there is something for everyone. We had the Ace Venture sandwich and the Dilly Madison hummus plate. Both were fantastic! Everything was very fresh with great flavor. The bread was perfect and I loved the unique, crunchy chickpeas on the humus. The pickles are great as well. You can tell things are made with care here. North Platte, get out and support your local businesses! Strongly recommend!

First off, The food is really good and made with special detail and care! As an artist I see the creativity, love what she’s got going on! she caters to each individual, her and her husband make a great team! Keep it up! I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing food like always! Stopped in to get lunch from here and it’s amazing. Menu seems to always be getting added to, so there’s something new every time! Sandwiches also look very presentable and put together. Best shop in town hands down, and will always think of going here first before the chain restaurants

Love them!!!! My and I were some of their first customers before they opened. He misses the Danny DeVito sandwich though and their have it your own way salads but great food regardless!

We love Mackenzie’s Snack Shack! First and foremost, you can truly tell the time, love, and effort that has been put into this place and that’s what makes it so special. My mom and I have been there once before and we always say we need to go more. This time we brought my toddler and husband and they both loved it too. The food is so fresh and unique and the entire inside has such a great vibe to it. The music and 80s influence is so fun, plus I love seeing the art on the walls - there is always something awesome to look at while enjoying the delicious food. There is something new on the menu to try all the time and they post new items on their Facebook page. It is a great stop for good quality food!

What an awesome concept! Very original place. High quality ingredients! And she is so creative. Love that the menu has a new theme ingredient every week! The pickles have that crunch. You can tell she puts her best into every item. Excited to keep following this menu every week and try new things that are definitely worth my money! The inside is super cute as well and the a/c works great! Lol. You have to stop by and try it out. Nothing you have ever experienced before!
