We were weary travelers and looking for a good dinner. My husband has fond memories of Perkins from college days. The young lady that greeted us was super friendly and helpful. The place was spotless and the food was outstanding thank you so much.

Knowing short waitress we waited 15 mins finally got her attention , now mine you she took the order on table next to us. Gave food to another around us, they left cleaned table got her attention she took our coffee soda, then never came back. Helped other tables took tgier order and they just walked in. They were doing good with new cooks but the staff for servers nope. Will not be going back .. shame it's my favorite place to eat.

I visit this location several times every time I make a trip to North platte. Super friendly, great food (everything from breakfast to dinner) and awesome service! Great place to meet up with family and friends!

Ordered Eggs Benedict. It took a really long time and the waitress stopped by our table 2x to say our food was almost ready. I think she let it sit for a long time before she served it.
Our food was barely warm and the english muffin was hard and I could not cut it and definitely couldn't eat it!

So I am here in North Platte for work staying at the Best Western which is totally awesome by the way however it is Thanksgiving there is another employee here as well from the same company so I ordered Thanksgiving dinner now Thanksgiving dinner was supposed to be turkey mashed potatoes stuffing green beans you guessed it cranberry sauce with a side salad and I also ordered dessert with that as well as well as four slices of their grilled ham how shall I even begin stuffing was extremely dry the salads were already wilted and they sent the wrong dressings for the salads they did not send my drinks nor did they send the chocolate French silk pie slices that I had ordered two of I called the restaurant while the delivery driver was here and whoever answered the phone did not ask for my name delivery address confirmation number or anything and just said yeah I'll see what I can do and hung up on me the total of my order was $94 and some change I will never ever order from here again if I could give them minus Stars I would however because I'm not a total Karen and we did get at least get some food I did settle for a 50% refund which I probably shouldn't have considering the extremely poor customer service I received after calling the establishment had to go through doordash to even the refund that I did get extremely poor customer service at this restaurant do not even bother going here Happy Thanksgiving everyone

Jordan was a great server and didn't rush us. We got our food in a timely manner, we didn't have to wait very long at.

EXTREMELY poor service with a good portion of food. The main portion of the meal (fried chicken biscuits and gravy) was very dried out and seemed not to be freshly made. The eggs were dope correctly, and the hash browns were good. Maybe they had staffing issues? Either way, it's not worth the excessive amount of wait time, and the food quality wasn't worth the almost $20 spent.

I certainly hope Amera our server is new because that was terrible. Order placed at 1pm and didn't arrive until 150, only two people in our party. and one whole order was cold or under cooked. Restaurant was not busy, no excuses.

Not good! Few customers, slow service and one of the orders was wrong.
