The staff at Ruby Tuesday in North Platte are always so welcoming and friendly when you arrive. I have eaten at this location numerous times and without fail, the food is always good, salad bar is never running low and the drinks keep flowing. The bartenders are truly my favorite staff there!

2/2025: It's been 1 year since I came here and my original review still stands. The menu is way to busy. Too many items. Too confusing. The prices are insane. Nothing under $14. The food was... gross. We got kabobs. The meat was awful. We got chicken Parm, the sauce was just canned generic. My kids wouldn't even eat it. We got salad bar, there was fruit up there that was ROTTING. The grapes had mold and the oranges were acidic in a way that I think they were sitting in too warm temp for too long. The hostess just stood and watched us eat the whole time I will not come back. Lesson learned.
2/2024: I'm confused what this place is supposed to be? The menu has way to many items, of different genres of food. Its overwhelming. Need to call Gordon Ramsey to simplify this place.
We got fajitas. They are really pushing that rib eye, but it's gross, mushy. Ours was all fat, couldn't bite into it. What's wrong with just using regular ass steak?
Our server was cute and helpful, fast accurate. She's the only reason for 2 stars

Wife and I stopped in for dinner about 6PM. Waitress was very friendly and polite although she was busy having to be the bus boy too. Got the fried fish (extremely small fillets), fried shrimp was delicious and chicken strips with french fries. Wife got the bourbon chicken breast, rice pilaf and roasted corn. Was not very busy but when the hostess and the waitress have to also be busy boys. Then service suffers but she was doing the best that could be done and was so very cheerful made up for it. The NY Cheese cake was extremely delicious and highly recommend it. As it will feed two people.
Ate there again had the rib ends and my wife had the burnt ends. The food was delicious and way too much for us to eat. Our waitress tonight was so delightful and extremely engaging and made our dining very pleasant. Thank you for hiring such an awesome staff.

On 9-21-24 there were three of us that visited your establishment for lunch. We were seated promptly, and our server, Makayla, was very friendly and attentive. Our meals were served in a timely manner and were very good. However; when it came time to pay is when things became stressful. We waited approximately 25 minutes to pay and our server became extremely rude. She apparently became overwhelmed with all the duties she had to perform. We frequent your establishment quite often, but will be looking elsewhere for a place to eat.
