My husband & I had the pleasure of trying the food from Runza recently. We're from Southern California and do not have Runza's here. The food was excellent. Great hamburgers, fries and onion rings. Now we know why Runza's are so popular.
Not only was the food excellent but the customer service was outstanding. We had the pleasure of talking to Aiden Frazier from the North Platte Nebraska Restaurant. He answered all our questions so patiently. I was so impressed by his knowledge of all the menu items. He exemplifies what an employee at any fast food restaurant should be. Thank You Runza for employing such a nice young man who appreciates his job and works so hard. He needs to be promoted to management. Thank you Aiden for such a great experience.
