I don’t normally leave reviews, but after repeated negative experiences at this Scooter’s over the past year, I feel it’s necessary. This has consistently been the worst Scooter’s location I’ve visited.

I understand mistakes happen, and I always try to give grace to those in the service industry. I worked at a Scooter’s in Texas for two years, so I know the standards and the pace of the job. That said, the issues here are not occasional—they are consistent. Drinks are often made incorrectly: syrup sitting at the bottom, espresso added when it shouldn’t be, flavors left out, or whipped cream missing despite being requested. The quality is far below what I know Scooter’s is capable of.

Even more concerning is the customer service. Too often, baristas are short, dismissive, or visibly annoyed when asked to correct mistakes. Instead of a friendly interaction or a quick apology, I’ve been met with eye rolls and attitude. This is not only unprofessional but reflects poorly on the brand as a whole.

I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic consistency, professionalism, and respect—standards that are not being met at this location.

Okay!! Am a barista at a different coffee shop and i will never come back to this location!! Disappointed, disrespectful and poorest quality of coffee! Spent 25 mins in drive through, when we got to the menu to place our order the guy was absolutely disrespectful!! Short, wouldnt give us any time to look at it! No one knew what a italian soda was, both of our iced coffees were made absolutely incredibly incorrect and when told the drinks were made wrong the guy told us to bad take it or leave it!! How hard would have been to remake two iced breve vanilla lattes?? I have high standards as a barista and this place is a dumpter fire!! We threw away the drinks and lost $25

My friend and I stopped inside Scooters after a bank errand. We waited at the counter for 5 minutes before we were greeted. We placed our order for a latte and some egg bites. We sat down in the seating area to wait for our to-go order. While waiting, we watched 4 cars come through the drive up window. We waited for about 10 minutes before we went to the counter to inquire about our order. They pointed to the counter where they had left the latte and told us the egg bites were almost ready. It took another 8-10 minutes before the egg bites were ready. As we were walking away from the counter, one of the employees loudly said, “you aren’t the only customers in here waiting.”

We are both business owners and understand customer service. My observations are this. The latte and egg bites were delicious. But our time is valuable and customer service can make or break a business. People inside the shop should be served just as quickly as people in their cars. If part of my order is ready, bring it to me, don’t just expect me to find it. And if I inquire about my order, be polite and helpful.

I went in through the drive through and there was a dude talking on the sign. He was slightly rude, but nothing compared to the girl at the window. I don’t know her name but she had blonde in the front of her hair and some long fingernails. she was very small and was just absolutely rude. She kept giving me dirty looks and seemed annoyed that I was even there. The food was good, but the people that work here are just not kind.

Starting sometime within the last month, the iced lattes I'm getting have become terrible. It's as if I'm just drinking the flavor syrup straight from the dispenser. Can't even tell there's espresso in the drink even with extra shots of espresso. It's so sweet it's undrinkable. I won't be buying them anymore.

I find it very sad that employees and the manager allowed coffee to go out with unnecessary writing. Irregardless of how you feel about a customer it is your job to provide good service. Then for the manager on duty to not only hide when the customer came in to talk to them but yell at the customer is completely out of line. The coffee is great but the staff and manager working on 10/23/2024 should be reprimanded and fired.

Clearly, horrible management here. They let their employees play games and yell at customers. I was in there and witnessed this, and I thought it was very unprofessional. I'll never return to a scooter's again.

The sweet associate that was outside taking orders was soooo nice and the customer service was great from him. Then I pull this trash out, and they knew what they were putting in the bag clearly they don’t care. Why would you serve this to a customer? Would you eat this yourself? No! You would not.

Sweet young people with optimism and good coffee -- top notch way to start the day. Though I was confused at first (I'm not from Nebraska) --this scooters is in a building with a giant sign reading "Nebraska land" so, I spent a little time looking for the amusement rides. . .I didn't find any. Maybe, that stuff is on the second floor.?

I don’t know how they make their cold brew, but this is the most discusting thing ever. My husband took a sip and spit it out. If we weren’t already on the freeway on our way out of town. I would have taken it back.
