The workers here are not kind. They had no patience when we were ordering and seemed frustrated that they couldn’t hear when we were ordering. Also they seemed annoyed that we were even ordering at all. I would not recommend coming to this place they suck.

Ordered the bacon double cheeseburger and fries in the drive thru. Fries were really good, but the burger had only one small piece of bacon on it and the meat was pink. Could not eat it.

I know its 8:50 AM on a friday, but ive been up since 12:30 AM. And i still make my customers food right. Who forgets BACON on a BACON BURGER. thats a key ingredient. Not to mention i was the only customer and it took him 10 minutes to figure out how to make a sandwich wrong. Good grief.

My first experience with a Sonic not too bad everything tasted good. and the food is hot and fresh. Thumbs up to this specific restaurant, it has a little dog area fenced in so you can let your dog go potty, while you're waiting for your dinner it's so nice. Especially when traveling! Thank you dog people!

Burger was burnt to a crispy crunchy blob. Took almost 20 minutes to get our food at the drive threw even though we only got 1 Burger 1 chicken sandwich 1 order of tots and 1 coke

Service here sucks I swear they never have enough people working here the few times we've come here takes a minimum of 30 minutes every time to go through the drive-thru and we're the only car here. My wife's 5pc chicken tenders was literally 2 chicken patties cut into strips.

I can't believe I'm saying this but...this Sonic has really turned itself around. They've turned mobile ordering back on so I tried it out. Some of the stalls don't seem to work and I don't think you can pick up from them quite yet, however going through the drive-thru was quite fast. The food is really good and tastes fresh. I would definitely come back here as long as the quality stays like this.

I usually love Sonic but this was handsdown my worst Sonic experience ever! We ordered 2 drinks and three breakfast items and had to wait nearly 30 min for our order.(The parking lot was empty and only a couple of cars came through drive thru.) We finally got our order and quickly got on the road for our 9 hour drive through Nebraska and Iowa only to find that they gave us the wrong breakfast burrito (a jr one instead of the regular one we ordered) the breakfast toaster was nearly ice cold with cold cheese inside. The only good thing was the french toast sticks. Worst $22 dollars I have ever spent! I have never been to the North Platte Sonic nor will I ever go back! I usually don't leave reviews but I'm hoping this will help management make necessary adjustments before they go out of business.

Very disappointing to wait 16 minutes in the drive up to pull away with a cheese burger that sat so long the cheese was still cold and luke warm tater tots. Bathrooms were also not in great shape. Always check the reviews.

Wanted to get a cherry limeade slushy and chili cheese fries. The cherry limeade slushy came out as some kind of cola mixture the first time and the second time came out as not a slushie but just an iced drink with what I assume was just cherry syrup and sprite in it because it didn't taste like a normal cherry limeade even going around the fact it wasn't a slushie like I ordered. Then the chili cheese fries were cold right from the start and were in almost a brick like it had been made way too ahead of time and the cheese itself was basically a slice of cheese. Very disappointing how they can't get a cherry limeade right, or even make it a slushie.
