I was roadtripping from out of state with my partner and my dog and the staff there was so kind to us! Elizabeth at the drive-thru was very sweet to our dog. My partner and I got chicken tenders and onion rings and they were as expected.

We ordered at drive through and girl taking our order was in a hurry and kept saying is that it and rushing us. Once we got to the window she still wasn’t friendly and because she rushed us she didn’t get our order right so we had to wait for that and pay again. The ice cream treats we received only had the item on top and the rest was all ice cream. Don’t plan on going back. Poor service and treats!!

Super long wait time and not busy. Super bad attitudes about any questions I had. Made the whole experience so uncomfortable. My food was AWFUL! Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Did an online order for pickup after receiving and getting home I pulled this
Monstrosity out of the bag! Am I supposed to give this to my kid when it’s clearly burnt and hard as a rock, very astounded that ANYONE would even serve that to a paying customer!

We came to North Platte for shopping and looked forward to eating at Sonic, however the woman taking orders was rude, when asked how long it would be for our order she said I have no idea. So I have no idea when I will be back.

My boyfriend and I stopped by for dinner on our way home from a roadtrip. It wasn’t very busy, so we pulled into a stall and ordered. The wait time wasn’t bad at all. We got our food and got back on the road. A few hours later when we made it home, I felt nauseous. I tried to settle my body and shortly after felt like I was going to be sick. Sure enough, I threw up my entire dinner. I reached out to customer service, who said I most likely got food poisoning. They said they would open a health investigation and that I’d hear back from their management. I never did. I wouldn’t recommend or stop by this location again, unfortunately.

Proceed with caution! Taking a road trip to CO we stopped for ice cream and shakes. As we continued our journey on the interstate, tummys started rumbling and all 4 of us had an embarrassing and unfortunate situation in a gas station restroom. Staff was nice but the shakes made us uncomfortably sick 😫.

In the drive-through line, I ordered one small milkshake. From ordering to the pick up window, it took just over 15 minutes. Whatever crew is working Sundays at 2:30 PM needs additional training. Wait times like that make a fast food restaurant unsustainable.
