I’m in Starbucks literally every morning, always at a different location, so I have a solid baseline for how things normally run. This one might be the slowest and least efficient Starbucks I’ve ever been to.
It was extremely crowded to the point where customers were bumping into each other while waiting.
They either need more staff or stronger management to keep things moving.
I honestly hope I don’t have to come back to this location again.

Just came by and picked up a mobile order under the name of Noah. I ordered at 3:34pm on the app, walked in right away to sit down and wait. After maybe 15 min I did check in to ensure my order was received on the app. The woman working said yes but hasn’t gotten to it. The drive thru was cleared out at least 4-5 times (per my spouse waiting in the car). Only one other mobile order drink was placed on the counter before mine. It seems as if the drive thru gets extreme priority at this location over app orders. I received my drink at 4:05pm by a woman who had just clocked in and made my drink right away. I’m unsure why my order took so incredibly long while everyone’s in the drive thru was in and out. I love Starbucks but definitely not a good experience with this particular team working.

Love it always go there but everytime I order a certain creme drink they put espresso in it I never worked at Starbucks but I did at scooters so I know the difference between them and its always either 1 or 2 drinks its not like I have a big order. And the label has it on it. I like Coffee but some drinks I cant handle it in.

We stopped and ordered 3 venti drinks. The lady starts to hand them to my husband in a drink carrier. One was tipping over before she even opened the window. He said something before even reaching for them. She tried to fix it but made it worse. As she keeps trying to hand it to my husband she spills one drink down his arm, inside and outside the car. Then they are all freaking out trying to figure out what to do. Well the first thing would have been to hand him some napkins. Then ask if he is okay. But nope we are all still freaking out. Then hand him a $5.00 gift card. That doesn’t help that his arm is sticky and the car is a mess. He had a dry clean on my shirt on.

I used to work at Starbucks and have ordered from a zillion Starbucks locations and have never written a review of one, but this one was pretty unpleasant. Ordered a large which was filled about to a medium level. You could tell just picking up the cup it’s no where close to full. I stood by the barista for a long time while he strategically ignored looking at or speaking to me. Finally a different person (shift supervisor?) spoke to me, all I asked for was for them to top it off with milk (no I don’t want it remade and to waste all of it). The barista who originally ignored me topped it off but was extremely rude about it. For a 6-7 dollar drink I think it’s reasonable to expect the cup is filled remotely close to full. The bathroom was also dirty and full of hair. This was really a not very pleasant Starbucks.

Went into the Starbucks about 10 minutes ago.. I'm assuming the young lady at the register was helping an older lady with her app as she had already ordered which was fine. There were only us two in the store.. after waiting about 10 minutes one of the team members decided to ask me did I need any help, well duh of course it's four of you guys sitting here with nobody in the store having a conversation all while one of your team members assist the young lady with her app... This is not a great representation of customer service... I should not have to wait 10 minutes for a regular brew coffee ... Customer service classes are definitely needed for this location
