Came in and saw the older employee smoking a cigarette. He then proceeded to touch and make our sandwich with his bare hands after coming in. One of the other employees accidentally threw lettuce in my sandwich and then picked it off. There was still quite a bit left in there. I then saw the older gentleman put one of the cooked pizzas on top of the oven while he waited for a sandwich. It was very bad and will not be back to this location. Be careful if you come here.

Horrible service made every sandwich wrong and simple sandwich mind you. Turkey cheese mayo and one turkey peperoni cheese mayo. And an outlaw sandwich which literally had two little slices of each condiment. None were toasted none had the bread ordered. And for what they charge to add peperoni and then they didn't add it. When asked to correct it they refused they reused a refund and also refused to give me the mangers name. I absolutely would not go there. Not to mention they were absolutely not busy we ordered on the app to get the 6.99 footlong deal in the parking lot and waited and noone absolutely no one was there but the workers who were just walking around the store. But yet couldn't seem to make a simple sandwich the way it was ordered. Nor do they have any kind of customer service or work ethic. Horrible absolutely unexceptable!

Ordered delivery on the Subway app, sandwich was delivered through door dash who was great. The sandwich was wrong and the chips were not in the bag. I tried calling 3 times and no one answered any of the times. Drove to subway to correct my order and was told by management that I needed to contact door dash and there was nothing they could do, even though door dash did their part correctly. Door dash cannot check the orders in the bag. Subway is responsible for making the correct order and sealing the bag. Was never offered my chips or my sandwich to be fixed by this Subway. I called door dash and they said subway needed to fix it on their end. Went back inside and was ignored by every single employee working there at the time. I even watched the employees, who didn’t make any eye contact with me, make online orders and ignore my request for management to come out again. They also ignored the phone when door dash actually tried calling the restaurant for me as well. Finally the manager came out again and remade the sandwich but I was still given the wrong chips and when asked for the owners information to contact them I was told by management “I can take a message” and when I said “and when I don’t hear anything back” he said again “all I can do is take a message”. Will never go to this subway ever again and won’t recommend it to anyone else.

Ubiquitous things in American towns: fire station, United States Postal Service, and Subway. This Subway fits the stereotypical mold of a middle of America Subway… average cleanliness, average service and average food. Lettuce looked like it had been bleached and it took an unusual amount of time to prepare a 6” sub.
Love the sandwiches I always get the foot long blt but I'm kind of bummed out because they wont let me get a BLT foot long anymore which sucks. Also I love the bogo deal keep that up for sure. I hope you can bring my sandwich back. That's why it's not 5*
