TRIPLE CHARGED for my meal and I didn't catch it. Thankfully I have my receipt. By the time I called and actually got through, I was already well down the highway and not turning the truck around. They refused to fix the error and issue a refund for the overcharge.

not open in night don’t waste your time
Got off super late from working a double, came in and was greeted by John and let me tell you this man is amazing!!!! So very friendly! He was stocking and had me out with my food in less than five minutes!! If you have not had the chance to meet John you should stop out here!

Whoever the lady was that was working tonight was immensely rude I even second thought twice about eating it because I didn't know if something was done to my food or not by the way she was acting

Subway normally don't disappoint but damn, they're advertising subs that they don't have the ingredients for. Oh and I'm not talking about a new sub. They're out of meatballs...

I had a remarkable young lady named Maddi make me sandwiches over the last 2 days and these were my observations:
1. Always on task: if she wasn't on the line she was at the register, if she wasn't there she was prepping in the back, when she came out front she was mopping. Never a wasted motion.
2. Situational awareness: She was always in the right place doing the right thing. Never had to be told what to do or where to be. She told a co worker that she would wait to prep the onions until another co worker had returned from break because they had never been shown how to do so properly; so she knows how to consolidate effort and time.
3. Upbeat and Personable: The weather had really taken a toll on my mood and overall disposition and her personality put me in a better headspace. Just a genuinely decent human being, and full of useful information! I had to get a hotel room in town, she told me the best way to get there so I wouldn't wreck! I might be crashed up right now if it wasn't for her!
In closing I think she needs to be invested in heavily, whether it be an upper management training course or put in a position to travel and train others at different locations. She's an impeccable talent with no ceiling to her potential.

I ordered pizza and man it was top of the line. The taste, temperature,filling and most of all the two ladies were the politest people on earth. I have not enjoyed a pizza from a pizza store as much as i did tonight. Thank you so much subway for the excellent service and amazing product.
The only regret i have is i didnt pay tip. But i have got receipt ladies. I am coming back next week to pay my due to you. Have a wonderful night god bless america

Came in on Friday, jan 17, 2025, at about 1a.m . First off, this subway was very clean and organized. The employee's name was Forrest, and he was very polite and professional. This place has quite a bit of bad reviews, but my experience was awesome. Thank you, Forrest.

Flies are a problem, as mentioned by others.
I started to walk out the moment I got through the doors it was more flies in there than customers going against better judgement and everything but McDonald's was closed i made two orders the girl was friendly while making the subs but when it was time to wrap them up some fell on the register counter and she pick it up and threw it on top of my sub and continued to wrap my sub and I said no you just didn't do that and she act as though it was normal and I said no thank I don't want that and she said she only did it because customers want all their food and I asked if I take this cookie and put on the same counter where the money and register sit would you pick it up and eat it and she said no and I said correct that because your not a dog so why would you treat the customer as such I wished I could give no stars but I got to in order to leave a warning for you guys (sad)
