It’s a step up from what I expected for a fast food chain Mexican place. Service was efficient, kind & fast. I got supper nachos, every chip was covered with tasty nacho cheese, well seasoned meat, and some refried beans. The chips were not soggy, instead they were light same crispy. And I didn’t feel sick after eating them.

It’s very common at taco John’s in Idaho, Utah, and Nevada to get melted shredded cheese on top of the tater tots. For some reason tgif store and the manager refused to do it. All they needed to do was sprinkle the cheese on top. They had no problem wasting a plastic cup to put cheese in on the side. In what world does that make sense?!

Stopped in for dinner with my wife, she ordered crunchy while I ordered soft tacos. Multiple tables dirty while 2 employees were sitting out side smoking! Although the taste was good they are real skimpy on fillings on the taco.
Fast, accurate service. You can make the Boss burrito plant based. They didn't charge for my added ingredients since I took so much out.
Vegetarian options: You can remove meat and dairy from the boss burrito to make ot plant based.
Dietary restrictions: Easy time make it dairy free.

We just stopped here for a quick dinner on our way back to Colorado. Amy was very friendly when helping us determine which food item we wanted to order. The food came out quickly and was tasty! The my did not skimp on the ingredients and the oles were perfect!

Taco John's was across the parking lot from the hotel where we were staying. We had driven 8.5 hours on our way home from the Colorado national parks, so it was convenient to find food so close.
I love the potato oles at Taco John's. Mom was excited to eat Taco John's for the first time in years. (She used to pick up a six-pack and a pound for us after elementary school conferences). My friend was happy that potatoes were involved in the tacos. (They are always looking for vegetables).
Vegetarian options: Some of the food can be made vegetarian. For example, I had a no meat super potato oles. There are also bean burritos.
