My husband an I were driving through North Platte and we’re searching for something a bit more refined. The Cedar Room was perfect. We arrived mid afternoon and received excellent service and outstanding food. We had the rib-eye, cooked perfectly, wedge salad, excellent dressing with extra blue cheese, and the mushroom Brie toast appetizer. The steak was the star of our meal.
