We were not in the mood for fast food so we landed up going to The Cedar House. Well, we definitely found a place that served "slow food". It took about 45 minutes to get our food. Service was amazing, though. The place was packed and there was live music. If you want a quiet place to eat, this isn't it when there's live music. However, with all that being said, this place is amazing ! From the decor to the food, it is top notch. Rustic and modern surroundings...
Stopped here on a very long road trip to MN and the friendliness of the bar staff was so great. Coming from Vegas I thought that customer service was a dead art form but this experience has given me hope.
My wife and I stopped in for a late dinner while traveling through Nebraska. The bartender (Baila) was OUTSTANDING and the chopped salad with grilled chicken and the grilled chicken BLT was the best I've had in memory. Added an ice cold beer and can't say enough good things about our experience.
