Put an order in for my parents anniversary party of a cake and some cupcakes. Got a call the day before the party from them, saying they decided not to do the cupcakes because they had “too many orders”.. I didn’t know not doing someone’s order was an option. Really unprofessional, and definitely won’t be ordering from them again.
