The food is expensive for being on the base. The food is good. No problem there. I went to a Charley's in a North Carolina mall and the food was not as expensive.

Have loved Charley's sandwiches for years! Such a shame this is the last one left in the Omaha metro. Had another great philly with fresh fries just today. Service was good and the meal was put together well. Hope to return soon!

5/21/2023Attended a Change of Command Ceremony and stopped here for lunch. I love Charlie's, but the closest one I have access to is in Lincoln.Since this store is on a military reservation, they wouldn't honor my rewards program. Would have been nice, but oh well, you can't win them all.It was still worth the stop.

They messed up our order and all they gave us was a not so sorry Sorry. This is not the first time ive encountered rude workes. I would think that being on a military base they would strive for better but i guess not.
