Great location right off the highway. The woman who took my order was friendly. The restaurant was clean ( I don't find that often during my travels). I would recommend it if you are looking for an Arby's fix.
I had an amazing experience at Arby's in Ogallala! I was in the drive-thru and realized I had forgotten my wallet just as I was about to pay. Stephen, the kind employee, heard my situation and said, "Come on over to the window, we’ve got you covered today." How cool is that? It's not every day you get treated with such generosity. Thanks to Stephen, I didn't go hungry. Truly above and beyond customer service! Highly recommend this location!
