Great location right off the highway. The woman who took my order was friendly. The restaurant was clean ( I don't find that often during my travels). I would recommend it if you are looking for an Arby's fix.

I had an amazing experience at Arby's in Ogallala! I was in the drive-thru and realized I had forgotten my wallet just as I was about to pay. Stephen, the kind employee, heard my situation and said, "Come on over to the window, we’ve got you covered today." How cool is that? It's not every day you get treated with such generosity. Thanks to Stephen, I didn't go hungry. Truly above and beyond customer service! Highly recommend this location!

The gentleman taking our drive thru order should be hired by all Fortune 500 companies to teach their teams what it takes to provide TOP tier service! What an upbeat, thorough and pleasant young man. Who knew going thru an ARBY'S drive-thru would bring a smile to our face! Thank you! Oh, and the Reuben sandwich was delicious, fresh and the "small" chocolate shake was BIG & wonderful 😋

My wife and I make a point to stop at the Ogallala Arby’s on our way to Colorado from eastern Nebraska. We’ve never been inside, but order drive through. Besides the good quality food, Stephan is the reason. He is the most personable, positive individual we‘ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant! He greet us with enthusiasm, repeats our order, checks to see if there is anything we would like to reconsider and gives us our total. When we pull up to the window he says welcome back folks! I’ve heard him greet cars before us with the same enthusiasm and professionalism! I told him today he’s the reason we stop. His humble response was “I just try to treat people with respect and the way we would all like to be treated”.

I’ll tell ya after being on the road for two days it is beyond amazing to hit a restaurant and not only get everything as you ordered it, but to have a enthusiastic, charismatic, and attentive staff deliver that order. I have blasted my local Arby’s for being unable to provide any of those. Thanks guys for making a long day driving better. Hope the next Arby’s I hit is half as good as ya’ll!
