I had an amazing experience at Arby's in Ogallala! I was in the drive-thru and realized I had forgotten my wallet just as I was about to pay. Stephen, the kind employee, heard my situation and said, "Come on over to the window, we’ve got you covered today." How cool is that? It's not every day you get treated with such generosity. Thanks to Stephen, I didn't go hungry. Truly above and beyond customer service! Highly recommend this location!
The gentleman taking our drive thru order should be hired by all Fortune 500 companies to teach their teams what it takes to provide TOP tier service! What an upbeat, thorough and pleasant young man. My wife and I make a point to stop at the Ogallala Arby’s on our way to Colorado from eastern Nebraska. We’ve never been inside, but order drive through.
