Erin is so friendly and truly a master of her trade! We ordered a cake shaped like a suitcase (complete with fondant flight attendant) as a surprise for our mom’s retirement party. It turned out even better than we could have ever expected with the best hand-painted intricate details. She really went above and beyond, and the carrot cake was absolutely delicious!! We are all still so impressed. We just had such a great experience from start to finish—Erin is so friendly and easy to work with. She made our vision come to life and at an incredibly reasonable price. I can’t recommend her bakery enough!

A small town baker with big city style. The owner is a trained pastry chief and really tries to meet the expectations of her clients. She does have a selection of morning pastries in her display case but stocks only fresh, so when she's out she's out. If you want to be sure she has something it's really worthwhile to call 24 hours ahead of time to and have your order made the way you want it.

This is the cutest little bakery. Erin makes the most beautiful & delicious everything. Her breads, quiches, cakes, cookies, sticky buns, coffee - just everything is unique & amazing. She is especially famous for her sugar cookies which she decorates to fit any occasion you can imagine. This little gem is a must see in Ogallala.

We make it a point to stop here every time we visit Ogallala and are always beyond satisfied! So when we decided to host an event for our family on this visit, our first call was to Erin. She did an amazing job catering the sweet treats for our 70 person reception. The presentation was perfect and everything was delicious! The spread would have fit in perfectly at a 5 star hotel. Can’t recommend enough!
